Sep 18,2024Easy to use website, full list of Sub-Agents and prices provided and menu of insurance options listed from “full” to “limited” thereby avoiding the usual arguement from the provider of the car at the point of collection if the full insurance option selected when making the reservation.

Sep 18,2024The booking process at the airport was very easy. However, we did struggle top find the rental hub, which is situated in the middle of the car park. The vehicle its self was clean and in good condition, but on the small side for the listing as an estate car. Booking with Zest is worry free and we felt confident that there were no hidden extras, such as insurance or fees.

This time we rented from MasterKings in Faro Airport and were very pleased with the car and service provided. Will always use Zest as we know we can rely on them.

Sep 18,2024Another excellent provision by Zest and a super car rental provider in Alamo. The Alamo service could not be faulted from pick up to return. The vehicle was only a few months old and at the specified type. There was no push by the desk rep for additional purchases when picking up. Excellent service all round.

Sep 17,2024We always use Zest Car rental as their prices are very competitive. We had a query and it was sorted immediately. I also recommend Autos Aquirre from Gibraltar airport as they were super efficient. All paperwork was completed online before I left home so pick up was very quick.

Sep 16,2024Booked a car and this was confirmed as booked, the payment taken from my bank. Turns out that they were selling a booking for a car that never existed, so my booking was cancelled. I was then phoned to "arrange a different option". I deliberately booked online to avoid dealing with phone calls, so this set off alarm bells. It seems like this company now have my money for a product they failed to provide and now I have to endure sales calls from them until I manage to get my money back. Went with a more professional car hire company, that went through without any issue. I see Zest Car Rental have replied to my review. However, I should point out that they have lied about not taking any money from my account, and the full payment (almost £100) has indeed been taken by their company. The fact that they're now denying this fills me with dread. So sad that I used this disreputable company at all.

Sep 15,2024Zest were not interested in challenging a disreputable rental company about their methods to scam a customer - namely not providing the car that was paid for and charging a much higher fee for the same standard vehicle, despite there being multiple cars I paid for at the pick-up point. Zest were quite happy to accept the rental company's (EasyCar, Catania) approach. My flight was late, but the company were aware of this and decided to let me arrive before presenting a fait-accompli and taking my money for the same type of small car.
