They also offer a very competitive Top-Up insurance for peace of mind. And on the rare occasion I've needed to contact them they've been polite, friendly & helpful - something sadly lacking in many companies nowadays.

Jul 21,2024Brilliant Car Hire experience with Zest. I was really worried about hiring a car, Zest CS were brilliant at answering all my questions. I read bad reviews for the car hire company I would be using and the price seemed too cheap and thought maybe I had missed something. I bought the additional excess protection from Zest. I did not need to worry, the price was correct and everything was fine, including a free upgraded car. I would most definitely recommend both Zest and Centauro, as although the vehicle I had was more damaged on pick up than the paperwork stated, Zest and Centuaro were very reassuring that it was not a problem as I had documented everything with photos and videos. There was no issue at all with the car rental, pick up or return. Car was handed back within 5 minutes and all deposits returned immediately. Very happy and will use Zest again

Jul 19,2024I've booked using Zest a number of times and they are now always the first place I check: I can't recommend them highly enough. They have reasonably priced cars and an excellent and hassle-free booking process. There is transparency of information when booking, it's also the only site I've found that quotes you with an extra driver included as standard and, as a Zest member, I've accrued points which have gone towards discounts on subsequent rentals. They are quite simply, always my go-to car comparison site now.

Jul 19,2024Easy enough to book and decide. I booked an octavia with a manual transmission, I had a flight timing change at both departure and return, it was rebooked without any issue. I got exactly what vehicle I asked for , there were the expected questions if I wanted to upgrade etc.the service from Zest was awesome, responsive and good communication. The car condition was clean and as expected. Return was no bother . Had a full tank policy, none of this charged a n extra few euros as it wasn't quite full story that you hear about. Was without any problems and the company I used in Cyprus was very good service and would recommend/use again.

Jul 18,2024I used the customer support pop up and had low expectations as these chat lines are often useless.....however I cannot praise Zest's adviser Hannah highly enough. She answered questions quickly and efficiently and has provided me with a very competitive quote for car hire from Pisa airport with a free additional driver. An excellent service!

Jul 18,2024I arranged to hire a car through zest in Brindisi and return the vehicle to Bari. The car company they used was Keddy which first of all only exists in paper as Keddy is europcar. They charged 237 euros extra to my card for some extra protection which I never asked for or needed as I have already had all expenses insurance with zest. Zest took over two weeks to respond saying that they have no control over the car companies charging for protection which they have confirmed I did not need. Update: 24/072024 They responded they will be getting in touch but….. another broken promise.

Don’t be worried that it’s in the car park coz you don’t want a car hire place that you have to get a shuttle bus

Jul 17,2024Excellent special offers like free 2nd driver and cheaper prices overall for Sardinia, Italy. The pre-booked insurance worked out great too so we didnt have to pay an extra 60 euros on arrival and 25 euros per day. I found the website easy to navigate, clear and consise and has excellent communication throughout the deposit to arrival day. Fantastic company highly recommend and just booked my 2nd car.

Jul 15,2024The reason for a 5 star review, is because I have used Zest a couple of time now for hiring a car in Spain and every time I have used them, I have had nothing but a excellent service for them and the hire car companies link to them. the last time was with Centuro car hire which again was a excellent service the car was great. everyone from the curtesy bus driver to the office staff could not help us enough and it was a quick and very happy experience,, excellent work by both business quick and easy.. Thank you :-)

Jul 13,2024Used Zest to rent a car for 11 days in Portugal. Easy collection on airport (in carpark) witha wide range of providers, many of whom offer CDW & an additional driver for free. We chose drive4fun via Zest. Staff were friendly & helpful. We added coverage in Spain partway thro' our holiday & it was a very quick, simple phone call & then a short wait for the insurance to be activated - since we were more than an hour from Spain this short wait did not impact us at all:-) Nice car (we got an estate) - maybe a little underpowered on the way to/from the airport with all of us and bags - but otherwise fantastic ! Not brand new, but the few minor bumps & scrapes were all well-documented - and made me a little less worried about some of the dusty beachside carparks we used ! Will definately use again for our next trip
