Everything is up front so what you see is what you get, no hidden payments around the corner abroad..

Jul 05,2024I only ever use zest for car hire. I've had reason on a few occasions to contact them for help with car hire providers and they've been great. On this occasion, I needed to get the name of the booking changed at tge last minute and they sorted it out at no extra charge.

Great price, great car, and great experience. I have previously used a company called Economy Car Hire, which were a great company, I didn't realise they had changed their name to Zest, now I rate Zest as Excellent. I 100% recommend Zest to family and loved ones.

Jul 04,2024Zest continue to avoid being truthful when replying to a review. In my situation they ignored my request to have a phone conversation with a manager which I was told would not be a problem. They like to send emails to avoid a proper adult conversation.

Jul 04,2024Good to be able to book car hire with a UK company. Zest were excellent when answering any questions I had. Booked a car with Drive4Fun in Faro. I had to revise booking date and they were great in helping me do that. I usually book with local Portuguese hire companies, but prices this year were high, Zest prices were very good.

Jul 03,2024Everything! Right from being picked up at the airport to the drop off at the airport again. Was promptly picked up, processed and had the car and on my way in 30 minutes! There were no hidden fees and the car was exactly what I had chosen, not a "or similar" as with every other rental company I have dealt with over the years. Highly recommend Zest.

Jul 02,2024Excellent speedy service from Zest and their car suppliers at Faro Airport. Bookings confirmed almost immediately. Never ever had a problem with the cars we’ve booked, (which is 3 times a year) with both collection or return. Good prices too. Lots of advice given before and after booking which is helpful and welcome. Recommend Zest to everyone we know.

Jul 02,2024Price was competitive including the extra insurance taken out with Zest. Zest dealt quickly and effectivelly with issues which arose. We had a concern re arriving late to pick up the car and Zest addressed it quicklyand arranged for late pick up. There was a dent in the car wing which hadnt been recorded previously. I advised Zest who resolved it with the local car supplier.
