Jul 12,2024Zest Car rentals is best, and it is the top rated one in the Which report. the staff were very friendly, no hassel on insurance, clean car, no problem returning the car. we picked the car up in Faro, portugal. would recommend this car rental and no one else.

Jul 12,2024First class outfit at Murcia airport. Was concerned about offsite pick up but it was extremely efficient. No queues - minibus waiting for us for arrival and departure and only a few minutes drive. Suggest working out the exact location of the closest petrol station for the return refuel, before you leave to take that stress away.

Jul 11,2024Never heard of Zest before this trip, but signed up for a car rental thru them, very professional, easy to deal with, kept us well updated and they provide around the clock back up from the UK if their were any unforeseen problems, which was very reassuring as dealing with car companies directly when abroad can be taxing. Will definitely use again.

Jul 11,2024Excellent car rental provider. Courteous and efficient check-in at Faro Airport, with no queues. Car was clean with 1/2 tank of fuel. Return was equally efficient, again with no waiting. Excellent value for money, the best I have experienced in 30 years in travelling to the Algarve.

Jul 11,2024We always use Zest Car Rental. They offer a wide variety of vehicles/car rental companies to suit all budgets and their prices are competitive. Their customer service is excellent and they have done immediate refunds on the occasions when we have changed our mind about the car or rental company. They email very clear details of all the paperwork and payment methods required when collecting the car. I don't bother looking at any other car hire website now that I have found Zest.

Jul 10,2024I was so Impressed with with Zest car hire. We hired it for Rhodes using Alma cars. I was a little nervous as it was one of the cheapest and have been let down before (namely easycar). It was easy to book and didn't take long. The email told me where to meet the representative and it could not have been smoother. They were standing as stated with a board. They then directed us to their transfer car/van which took us to the car hire company 10 mins away. The receptionist was very friendly and told us what we wanted to know. I had not noticed that I needed to have a downloaded copy of the voucher but found the email and did it there and then. The car was half full and they asked for it to be returned half full. Fair enough. At the end of the hire, the return was just as simple. They looked round the car and then there was a vehicle to take us back to the airport. Easy ! Absolutely no issues with the service and would 100% use again. Way cheaper than those big names car hire companies! Just a tip - I had already purchased excess cover from esure via Money Maxim and the Zest location lady did try and up-sell me with the excess for (huge) extra euros. they were rather persistent but i held my ground as I know it's the same cover. Do not let them fool you ;-)

Jul 10,2024Booked with Zest last year and so used them again this year. Superb company with excellent car rental partners, and they provide a second driver as standard. They provided simple instruction on how to pick up the car and gave useful advice prior to our departure and again on our return. Our car was provided by Top Gear Mobility at Palma airport and their service was swift and efficient and very user friendly.

All'aeroporto di Bucharest Top Rent a Car mi ha dato a tariffa conveniente una Citroen C3 praticamente nuova di fabbrica (8.000 km al prelievo). Nessuna insistenza per assicurazioni integrative, nessuna furbata nel rilevare danni inesistenti alla riconsegna, tutto coretto. Sono molto soddisfatto tanto del consolidatore quanto del noleggiatore. Consiglio caldamente.

Jul 09,2024Every time I have booked through Zest over the last 4 years or so has been trouble free. Their choice of partners in Faro, Porto, Rhodes, Sofia etc have all been excellent, great communication and the well presented cars. No hard sell trying to add insurance and free additional driver is a bonus. A shout out for their partner at Sofia Airport, Terminal 2, (BG CB0628XK) who called me after I had returned the car to say that they had found my Mastercard which I had dropped. Thanks again!

Jul 09,2024Zest Car were absolutely great from start to finish. We were a bit worried at first as we did not know anything about them. They found us a really great price and the vehicle supplied was exactly what we requested. There was no haggling at the hire company over insurance and extra cover. Zest explicitly told us this was not required. The car was waiting straight outside the terminal. Zests help desk answer the phone straight away and we’re very helpful. All in all I would use them every-time from now on.

In a world where it is difficult to speak to a human they are always there! This just makes us feel more secure when travelling. Jul 12,2024Viewed online after Which recommended then called their booking line where staff were very helpful and cheerful. Excellent policy with all the 'extras' already included and suitable for hiring in USA at a competitive price. At the in-airport pick up everything was easy, car was clean and ready to go. On return, hand back was done by the time we got the suitcases out! I would definitely recommend, Zest were helpful, kept me updated and provided an excellent car, policy and service, couldn't be happier!
