Feb 04,2025I went through Zicasso to find a travel agent for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Italy with my family. There were 2 bids from Italian travel agencies, both of which were excellent choices. I could not have asked for a smoother process, and we got the most amazing Italian vacation. Please note: For my Italian trip, I don't recall if there was a trip $$ per person per day minimum. I've used Zicasso to request travel agencies for other countries, and for my trip request to Scotland, I could not find an agency that could assist at my budget (due to their trip $$ per person per day minimum).

Jan 23,2025I have planned two trips using Zicasso but haven't taken either one yet; first one is in April. My rating is because they switched platforms and all of the messages back and forth and a ton of information for my first trip has vanished! They have not responded to an email asking how this information can be retrieved. It appears that all communication prior to this system change has been lost. This is distressing and seems very irresponsible in terms of their own contingency planning.

Jan 15,2025It was easy working with Zicasso. Every detail was fine tuned well before we left for our trip. All our guides/drivers were there waiting for us at each destination. We had constant communication access with our guides and agent. Our guides were very knowledgable and fun to adventure with. We had such a fun trip!! I would definitely use Zicasso again.

We traveled with a teenager and many excursions were created with her interests in mind. All transportation between cities was arranged for us making it very easy for us to move around.

The trip was extremely well organized and we especially appreciated the communication throughout our 3 1/2 week trip. We felt very safe the entire time and experienced more than we could have imagined without the expertise of the travel company-truly a once in a lifetime adventure. Dec 05,2024We recently traveled to Spain and Portugal but last year when the idea was just that a friend suggested Zicasso to me. I looked into it and decided to give them a try. What a wonderful experience! They asked a lot of preliminary questions to best figure out what type of travel we wanted to do and where, they then connected us with a couple of travel agents in that part of the world. After emailing a bit with both, we set up phone calls and I discussed what we would like to do. Each then sent a sample itinerary based on our discussions. We chose the one that we felt best fit our needs/expectations and worked with them over the next several months to finalize our itinerary. While we were traveling, we met others who were impressed with our plans and we gladly shared the Zicasso website with them. We just couldn't recommend it enough. Even seasoned travelers can benefit from their vast database of agents all over the world. Truly the best trip we've ever experienced!

Using a local agent to help with trip planning, hotels, transportation and guides was invaluable.
