We love traveling to new places and want to experience them on our terms, not in canned experiences. Yet we don't want to risk a bad hotel or going without coffee. I love being quickly matched with two travel agents, knowledgeable of our destination, who actually listen and propose a trip suited to us. Each trip, every single agent has prepared an itinerary we would be happy with, so it is a delight and a challenge to choose between them. We stayed in top-tier hotels, all in beautiful and convenient locations, and had many unique experiences we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, like a private bike tour of Salamanca and a day trip from Barcelona to the charming medieval city of Girona. They took care of all transportation arrangements, including car rentals, train tickets, and a private driver. They also arranged for nine private tour guides in total, each of whom was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to show us the most interesting sites in each city. My travel companion and I were able to visit areas in Spain that were on our bucket list, and the tour operator arranged some other interesting areas for us to visit as well, that we had not considered. We were very pleased with our trip and will consider Zicasso for future trips as they have a very unique and well designed service for travelers.
