Aug 04,2023Zicasso made the planning of our family trip to Greece so easy! We were torn between Greece and Portugal and they put us in touch with a few wonderful travel agents from both countries and we were able to make a decision after talking to all of them! Knowing they pick the best of the best travel agencies gave us peace of mind as we could never have picked a travel agent that is local in Athens on our own. The communication is easy and quick! I will use Zicasso for all future trips abroad and have already recommended them to numerous friends and family!

Jul 28,2023Our travel team did an amazing job for our special family adventure. After much advance planning, the final itinerary was quite accommodating for all ages, including drivers, activities/guides, lodging, etc. The connection with nature on several levels in a unique country for us was fun, educational, and re-energizing. Our schedule of 4/2/4 nights over 3 locations was perfect. For first time visitors to Costa Rica, our 2 resorts plus a private villa were ideal for our multi-generational family. Here are some details: 1) All drivers and guides were excellent…Huge kudos to the drivers given some ugly trips over horrible roads w/ smart stops for breaks…The tour guides were ecotourism experts and passionate about CR’s nature, finding wild life, and seeking photo opps with their scopes for all to experience the wonders “up close." 2) The Arenal Springs resort was quite good, especially for our initial CR experience. The staff was excellent overall. The dining/food options (or special orders) exceeded expectations. To be overly picky, the only “opportunities” are the “junior suites” were small and dated as these are obviously not “suites” of any size. 3) Monteverde: Senda’s cabins/rooms were particularly appealing, given their size, design, and included in-room snack/beverage offerings…The hot water bottle with turn-down service was a nice surprise too. The dining/bar staff was superb and a highlight! 4) Our mix of tours for different family members worked very well…nothing too challenging or too boring based on our varied selections for a family from age 4 to 60-something. The nature tours in Arenal and Monteverde were absolutely excellent…and the catamaran sail on Panache during our time in Playa Langosta was much fun. We look forward to exploring another beach when we return to Costa Rica. Many wonderful family memories were created this time throughout CR. This is the 3rd international trip for which we've leveraged Zicasso for travel planning w/success again...Thanks, Zicasso!

Jul 26,2023The itinerary planned for us was unique and curated toward my family’s interests. It is so nice coming into a trip with nothing to do but enjoy it because all the legwork had been done. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. We had plenty of time to explore on our own and the restaurants they recommended were wonderful. Overall it was a awesome trip and we have great memories.

Jul 19,2023Angie and Nell did a great job customizing a trip for my family which included safaris in Tanzania and trekking for chimpanzees and gorillas in Uganda (and an overnight in Nairobi on the front-end). There's absolutely no way I could have taken a "DIY approach" with this trip despite my extensive international travel experience. I was very impressed with the agents' attention to detail and level of communication throughout the process. They said it would be a trip of a lifetime and they were right!

Jul 16,2023This is the third time that my daughter and I have used Zicasso to plan a memorable vacation. They have never failed to match us with the best travel agencies that can customize an itinerary that meets our needs and expectations. They are responsible for our memorable vacations in Spain, Peru and (more recently), Greece. When we asked for adventure in Peru, they delivered adventure in the Peruvian jungle. When we asked for cultural dance in Spain and the life of bulls that are groomed for the bullring, they delivered front row seats at a flamenco dance and a trip to a bull farm. When we asked for a vacation in Greece filled with history, culture, Greek cuisine and beaches, they delivered a private tour of the Acropolis, Knossos Palace and Santorini, a scavenger hunt to point out the hidden gems of Athens, restaurant recommendations for great traditional Greek foods, and recommendations for Falasarna & Elafonisi beach. They also provided luxurious accomodations with personal touches such as Casa Delfino in Chania, GDM Megaron in Heraklion, and Atrina Canava 1894 in Santorini. I know that I can count on Zicasso to make our vacations special. Thus, I have recommended them to family, friends and colleagues.

Jul 07,2023We had the best trip to Morocco! Everything was meticulously planned and we were so well cared for throughout the vacation. We had a kind and knowledgable driver who was always on time, took us everywhere we needed to go (and some extra places we wanted to go) and helped get us settled at every location and site we visited. The hotels that were booked were perfectly chosen and in convenient locations. We had knowledgable guides in every city who were of different genders, cultures, and religions, allowing us an opportunity to really learn from different perspectives about the people and customs of this wonderful multi-cultural country. The sights, sounds and smells of Morocco were new, exciting and vibrant, and we highly recommend Zicasso to help make the experience come together.

The app used was so easy and it gave options in between our specific destination, how long it could take, how far to the next stop, great hotel service, and a carefree vacation overall. What a joy to go on an adventure like we did and not worry about details. They were all taken care of for us. 5 Stars for sure!! We will use Zicasso again and have told many friends of our experience. Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime to Iceland!!!!

I was immediately put in touch with two agencies in each of the countries. These two agencies communicated with me immediately and proceeded to put my vacations together.
