Apr 12,2019We recently returned from a two week, custom trip to Egypt and were blown away by the whole experience. My wife and I used a Zicasso recommended travel agent five years ago for a trip to Turkey. That was magnificent also. This trip, for four of us, Included 3 days in Luxor, a week-long cruise on a dahabiya on the Nile, two full days in Aswan and our last stop in Cairo. The accommodations were all 5 star, our drivers and guide were the best we've ever met and we felt like valued clients and friends, not tourists. We were escorted at all airports, transported in new vans with safe drivers....even in crazy Cairo traffic....and allowed to modify some days when we felt we'd seen enough and wanted to get to the serenity of our beautiful accommodations. Egypt, we discovered, is a work in process and we look forward to returning when the new Grand Egyptian Museum is completed in 2020. None of this would have been possible without the amazing partner agencies of Zicasso, so many thanks to them.

We loved the accommodations, our guide and driver and all the activities our trip planner put together for us. I would recommend this travel company and this trip planner to anyone who asked. I don't think we have ever had a vacation, and we take many, that was as amazing as this and went so smoothly. We could not have asked for better. Everything exceeded our expectations. Apr 09,2019We had the most amazing 2 week trip in Europe! Our Zicasso travel agent, Bernhard Steiner, was awesome. We gave him a budget and an idea of what we wanted to do and he put together a great itinerary. All of the hotels were upscale and clean. Tour guides were great. We had a couple of hickups and were able to reach them quickly for assistance. I'm not sure how Zicasso is affiliated with Custom Travel Network, but they were great too!

What was particularly special is she was located in New Zealand so it was very easy to reach her during our travel for some last minute changes we requested. There is no way I would have found her on my own? We were glad to have the opportunity to consider the two agents Zicasso recommended and are very happy with our results.

Our recent adventure to Rome/Sicily was epic, we had experiences that we would not had travelling independently and certainly if we had travelled in a group. Highly recommended

Mar 28,2019I am so happy that I stumbled on Zicasso! I've never worked with a travel agent, and was very hesitant to "let go" and trust someone else to execute my plan. But we only had one week for our recent trip to Spain (Spring Break!); an odd number of travelers (3); and a particular interest (Islamic architecture/heritage). After entering the basic parameters in Zicasso, I was promptly contacted by the owners of agencies with excellent reviews. Both were easy to work with via email and phone calls; they customized to our interests and level of need. It was tough to choose, but the agency I selected executed a wonderful trip for us! It was great to get on a plane with all of the details painlessly in hand (hotels, transfers, train tickets, entrances, etc.). The guides were EXCELLENT - knowledgeable, good-to-excellent English, flexible and just really nice people. Hotels were very good; thoughtful, city-center locations. Transfers were professional and timely. We couldn't ask for more, and would recommend Zicasso (and Spain!) to anyone.

Mar 28,2019I have used Zicasso twice, once for a trip to Africa and recently for a trip to Egypt. The Africa trip encompassed Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda. The two tour companies were a delight. They both were patient with my seemingly endless questions and the resulting trip was extraordinary. In Egypt I worked with one tour company that was also patient with my questions and delivered an enjoyable, informative and safe trip. Immediate return contact with suggestions and solutions were consistent for all three of the tour companies. As we look for other areas of the world to explore, we will definitely be using Zicasso to pair us with the best tour companies. I definitely recommend Zicasso.

Mar 28,2019When I decided to visit Australia, I initially thought I could plan it and make the arrangements myself, but as I looked into it I realized that it might be more difficult than I thought. Luckily I found Zicasso through an internet search, working with them we were able to have the customized tour that we wanted, without the stress and responsibility of doing it ourselves. They took the time to find out what we liked, what our travel style and preferences were, and then matched us to a suitable agent who put together the perfect tour for us. Everything went exactly as planned, the tours and accommodations where excellent, we didn’t have to worry about the small details, we were free to enjoy our time in Australia. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’m sure we’ll use their services again for future trips.
