Our travel agent created the perfect experience for us on our first trip to Africa. We had seamless transfers, excellent accommodations and the trip was designed to see the African Wildlife as well as experience the city life of Capetown and the Winelands

There were many moving parts to this combination business and pleasure trip and two cities in Croatia to visit. Everything moved like clockwork. The guides, interpreters, and drivers were all top notch. We exceeded our goals thanks to the extra efforts of our travel agent, Andrea.

When starting to plan a 17-day trip to Australia to see highlights in various areas, I didn't know where to start. Way too many options for me to choose, having never been there to know which is really the best place, experience, or tour. I Googled and got Zicasso as one of the hits. I went to their site, and was impressed. They provided me with two tour agencies that they considered the best for what we wanted to do in Australia, and I began forming a general plan with both of them. They both were aware that they may not win my business, but that is part of the plan to be sure I get the best itinerary and a competitive price. Instead of blindly trying several agencies or risk making many bad selections of local tours around Australia, it was nice to have Zicasso point me to the two they have found to be best based on track-record and reviews by those who have traveling before.

For our 31 day tour of India, we were put in touch with several travel agents who drafted itineraries for us to consider. We selected a particular tour operator who turned out to be excellent. My experience with Zicasso was excellent. I was struggling to find a tour company in Iceland to meet our need for adventure, culture, northern lights and terrific food. Zicasso connected me with 4 companies and each responded within 48 hours. All companies were professional and qualified due to Zicasso's selection process. The company we chose did an outstanding job meeting our budget and adventure needs. We had a tour guide for 5 days that delivered an experience that included off the beaten path adventures, visits to locations when tourist activity was light and a wealth of local history and culture. Zicasso delivered the perfect tour company for us!

My wife and I have used Zicasso twice now. We went to Vietnam/Thailand and also East Africa. These are probably our two favorite vacations we have ever taken. Working with Zicasso is easy. You describe yourself and the type of traveler that you are. Then you give some ideas of where you want to go and what you want to do, and Zicasso hooks you up with a couple travel agents who specialize in the trip that you are considering to do. All of the travel companies that have contacted us have been very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this process for your next vacation, especially ones abroad.
