From the moment we arrived, every detail was perfectly arranged, ensuring that our time in this beautiful country was truly unforgettable. Our journey began in Rome, where we were greeted with a private tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing history to life with fascinating stories. Strolling through the cobblestone streets, we savored authentic Italian gelato and dined at quaint trattorias that had us coming back for more! Next, we ventured to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. The stunning views from our cliffside hotel were simply mesmerizing. Each day was filled with exploring charming villages like Positano, where we indulged in delicious seafood and enjoyed leisurely boat rides along the coast. Our planner's recommendation for a cooking class in a local villa was a highlight—learning to make traditional pasta in such a gorgeous setting was a dream! Zicasso helped us plan the perfect trip! Aug 19,2024Traveladvisor did an outstanding job planning our three week vacation and safari through South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Natalie Russell was patiently working with us through a number of iterations. Selected lodges and hotels were immaculate. Service in each lodge was second to none. Activity schedules were planned accurately. Guides such as Noel from Paradise Touring, rangers like Keith at Inyati, pilots, specifically Eric from Namib Sky Balloon Safaris and many others of our activities were knowledgeable, extremely friendly and had a high degree of experience. We always felt safe and well taken care of. While our planned schedule was tight, we never felt pressure or stressed by the local tour guides. Natalie’s planning allowed us to maximize our experience, for instance making sure that we get to Inyati in time for the afternoon game drive at the day of arrival. Natalie was always on top, checking in multiple times and making sure, that we got the best service possible. We can strongly recommend Traveladvisor , specifically Natalie and thank them for making this trip unforgettable.

Aug 07,2024We just got home from a wonderful two week vacation in Australia! We had not traveled here before and only had 2 weeks to take in as much as possible. We are an active family of 4 (kids 18/16) and didn’t know where to start in planning. I usually plan all of our international trips, but this seemed daunting. I found Zicasso online and SO glad I did! Our interests, timing, planning was perfectly put together and seamless! We went to Sydney, Port Douglas and Uluru. In two short weeks, we saw the city of Sydney, hiked the Blue Mountains, snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef, slept in the rainforest, wandered the desert of the Outback, learned the importance and wonder of Uluru and tied it all up with a day at Bondi Beach. I mean, WOW! We had the best time and can’t wait to go back!

Jul 31,2024Called Zicasso to plan trip for Spain and Portugal. We filled out their trip outline. We were promised a callback in 48 hours. In fact we called and were told by the customer service rep she would keep "an eye out for our trip outline to make sure we recieved a call back within 48 hours". 5 days later, still no call back. They dropped the ball.
