Jun 02,2023Our first trip to Italy was amazing and all we'd hoped it would be! Zicasso created an Itinerary based on our interests and desires. We had input along the way, and everything was spot on. From the greeting at the airport to every transition was made easy with our professional drivers. The variety of lodging experiences added to our discovery of Italy, especially the Tuscan Villa, our place to land for six nights of our three week stay. Wow, the boat tour at Lake Como, the food and wine tours, the truffle hunt, and cooking classes in our Villa were some of my favorites. We took advantage of their "insider" ideas for restaurant selections and I had the best ever lasagna in Venice. Well, I could go on, because there are so many more! I definitely recommend Zicasso and will look to them for future travel....maybe their African Safari?

Jun 01,2023I have been using Zicasso to plan my vacations for the last 9 years. Since that time, my trips have gone form meh to amazing. While it is true anyone can use the internet to book hotels and connecting transportation, a seamless vacation is more than that. Zicasso takes the guess work out of planning the perfect vacation. My last trip was a prime example of the service Zicasso provides. My fiancée and I wanted to go to Japan and Zicasso put us in contact with agencies that are located there. The travel agent listened to all our ideas and put together an itinerary that was perfect. Our hotels were perfectly located to points of interest and transportation. Our hotel transfers ran like clockwork. Our travel experiences included a Ramen food tour, street food tour in Dotonbori, a bicycle tour in the back streets of Kyoto, attending a tea ceremony, and of course visiting many of the important shrines and castles that remain crucial to the history and culture of Japan. Many of these experiences would not show up on your average internet search. As wonderful as this trip was, every trip arranged through Zicasso has resulted in truly outstanding experiences. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

May 31,2023Zicasso has a great network of professional travel consultants, who work with you to customize the itinerary of your dreams. They chose excellent hotels, in great locations. All of the guides were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They suggested experiences such as a paella cooking class and kayaking in the Mediterranean in Southern Spain The trip planning process was a joy- and Zicasso takes away a lot of the stress of trip planning and logistics. While on our trip, we had to make a few tweaks and the agent was extremely responsive and flexible. Do yourself a favor and let Zicasso plan your trip!

May 24,2023We had a food and wine adventure customized to our specific wishes. Before I go any further, it was the best trip that we have ever taken. Through Zicasso we had access to local guides who ensured that we maximized our time and we went places that we would never have found if we tried to do the trip on our own. We had a cooking lesson in a private gastronomic club, experienced pintxos and tapas like locals. Access to wineries was exquisite. Our final meal was having paella in a small fishing village overlooking the Mediterranean with a bottle of Spanish white wine. I could not have written a better ending to our adventure. Thank you Zicasso and we are already looking forward to our next adventure with you!

May 23,2023My wife and I had been dreaming of visiting southern Spain for years now, but we didn't know how to organize the trip. Indeed, we weren't clear about what to see and do. After reading reviews of others raving over their travel experiences with Zicasso, we began planning with a Zicasso travel expert who asked us questions about what we were hoping to experience, to see. She sent us a proposal which we reviewed beforehand and accepted. So glad we did! We visited a series of incredible cultural and historical sites in cities such as Sevilla, Cádiz (from where my ancestors originated), Córdoba, Ronda, Granada and Málaga: what a treat! The food, the sights, the beauty… we felt as though our trip was tailor made to our specifications, even though we initially had none! Our travel expert stayed in touch with us throughout our travels, especially if there was a train delay or slight change of schedule. We felt accompanied and supported as we made our way across southern Spain. We truly had the cultural and even spiritual experience of our lives as we encountered some wonderful people, locals and fellow travelers. We are completely satisfied with our trip and have been commenting on it every day since returning. We are so grateful! Zicasso did a great job personalizing our trip and helping to make our dream a reality.

We had a private driver who took us everywhere we needed to be. Our accommodations were spectacular. Everything went as planned and I look forward to traveling again with Zicasso.

May 14,2023This was by far the best way to plan a trip. We were matched up with two travel consultants that submitted itineraries that were customized to our unique travel needs and requirements. After we reviewed them, we select the one that was best suited to our needs. From there, we were able to customize it even further. Our travel consultant worked closely with us asking questions until we had the perfect itinerary. Because we have specific travel needs, the Zicasso travel consultant we used guided us to our best option. There was nothing left for us to do once we got to our destination except to show up as expected and enjoy our excursions.

Both times I have used the service, I was contacted almost immediately, by at least 2 specialists in my desired location. Everyone we have dealt with is professional, responsive and really interested in providing you with the best experience possible. So far we have travelled to England/Ireland and Greece.
