This time they helped us find the same wonderful experience in southern Italy. The places we stayed were so unique and special and the tips we got for things to do and see - well - we never would have found them on our own. We highly recommend this company for those of you who are like us: independent travelers who want to be on their own in off the beaten path places but would like expert advice to point us in the right direction. They've been wonderful.

The first was to AUS & NZ and ended as Covid was starting. Our Zicasso agent did a great job on that trip and got us home safely as flights were cancelling and businesses shutting down. We love Zicasso because they find the experts for you. And you know that with the agents they introduce you to, everything is vetted. You are going to get what you want at a fair price, and work with professionals who'll ensure you have a fabulous trip.

I knew what I wanted to do, but I got overwhelmed with all the details of each activity. Once I started working with Zicasso, every detail was taken care of for me and they kept it within my budget. Recently, my wife and I used Zicasso again. This time, our trip was to Italy. We spent 10 days there in four different cities. It was amazing. In each case we were referred to travel experts who had extensive knowledge and experience in the selected countries. Each trip was customized to our expressed desires with great attention to detail. Our final travel plan covered 19 days in Argentina, with visits to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, Mendosa, Bariloche and Puerto Madryn (Peninsula Valdes). We were able to tailor the trip plan, timing, types of accommodations, excursions and special experiences within our pricing targets. From the time we arrived in BA, all travel details were handled seamlessly and professionally! The combination produced a most special experience, exceeding all expectations!

Mar 25,2023I booked my second Zicasso trip, this time to Sicily, after having an excellent experience previously with Zicasso for a trip to Croatia. It was the trip of a lifetime! The tour agent Zicasso chose was based in Palermo and matched us with historians and archaeologists as guides, as we love ancient history. The guides and drivers were so friendly and welcoming and conveyed their love of the land and culture. Our trip was packed with memorable experiences, we were treated like VIPs, and we loved every minute. It was hard to say goodbye. I will absolutely call Zicasso for my next trip and highly recommend their service. Viva la dolce vita!

Mar 25,2023Zicasso is hands-down the best travel partner I have ever worked with. We just finished a large family trip to Spain and Portugal, all ages from infants to middle aged. The Zicasso team worked hard to put together a trip with just the right amount of activities, at the right pace, without it being too much-- or too many museums and churches. As with past trips, they nailed it. They also worked well with our occasional requested changes, including last minute. Lastly, in my opinion, what they charge for their experience and depth of services is a bargain. You won't be disappointed.

Having a local travel planner is the best way to go -- they know the location and they are readily available if needed while traveling. My most recent experience was with Iceland. This was my 2nd trip to Iceland. I did not use Zicasso for my first trip to Iceland and I left feeling like I didn't really get to see the country. This time I used Zicasso and left Iceland feeling like I had seen and done everything that I wanted to do.
