Jan 20,2023Once again, choosing Zicasso was the perfect choice! We are just back from Belize, and we had the most wonderful adventure. Every single detail was exactly what we hoped for! Ours was a little complicated because we were coming from 4 locations (6 of us) and staying different amounts of time and, like all groups, had some different preferences. And yet, it was spectacular and seamless. Every detail foreseen. What we love about Zicasso is two-fold. First, the personal service and LISTENING and ease of scoping the project right the first time. And second, the local expertise cannot be matched. It makes such a difference! This was our third trip with Zicasso, and there will be a fourth. (And, we've told everyone we know! Happy Travels!)

We have learned that using a travel company situated in our destination is very important, and Zicasso makes it easy to connect with knowledgeable, experienced agents. We arrived in Iceland just after they had a 2-day snowstorm. Many of our planned activities were cancelled due to major snow accumulation and related road closures. Luckily our local guide was available round the clock and worked tirelessly to reschedule anything he could, and to suggest alternate activities. We ended up having a fun time despite the challenging weather.

Dec 28,2022This is the third trip we've planned with Zicasso, and all three have been memorable. The travel agent we ultimately selected for Australia was patient and responsive. Our guides were good -- some were better than others -- so we learned a lot. We did come across some logistical glitches, but nothing that stopped us from doing any of our planned activities. The trip was a great balance between sightseeing and free time, city tours and nature hikes. I would have liked to mix in a couple of less "touristy" things, but I understand that we had a lot of ground to cover in a short period of time, and wanted to see the highlights. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!
