Aug 12,2022I have used zicasso at least 4 times and have referred friends and family to them as well. Each trip has been above and beyond my expectations. This last trip to France was no exception. I booked the trip in 2019 and then the pandemic happened so it was rescheduled no fewer than 4 times. My agent was patient and understanding, reassuring me we could keep pushing it until it was safe to travel. Finally we were able to travel in 2022. We had perfect communication from our agent, even while traveling. In one case, we got lost getting off the train in Paris and when our driver couldn’t find us, our agent called to see where we were and helped direct us out of the station. Our uti wry was customized to my desires, including private tours of the Normandy beaches, the louvre and a wine tour in the Loire valley. Our agent even helped us make dinner reservations and make recommendations. I will continue to use zicasso for my travels.

All trip plans were arranged and executed perfectly as planned by our travel agent Zicasso partner in Greece. We will consider using Zicasso again for future International trip planning.

Aug 08,2022We used Zicasso again to identify a travel agent for a tour of the Tuscany region. The trip was fantastic! Everything was on-time and the guides were all very personable and highly knowledgeable. The guide in Florence was as an art historian which really added to the experience. We visited wonderful wineries and olive farms, historic cities, and had a fabulous private Tuscan cooking lesson.

I have referred Zicasso to my friends and already have another trip planned for 2023. Choosing Zicasso is like have a friend or family to pick you up, show you around , and ensure you're on the for all your travels. If you want a hassle free vacation,take my advice as world traveler ,only choose Zicasso.

Aug 05,2022Zicasso is my go-to for overseas travel. I recently returned from a wonderful trip to Portugal. We were able to see the whole country, taking a train, airplane and car. All the details were taken care of so all I had to research were the sights to see. Highly recommend!

Aug 03,2022I had a wonderful holiday in Portugal. The travel agents took care of every detail possible even taking us to the supermarket en route to our airport hotel. We went to Lisbon, Cascais and Porto. We loved the Lisboa Plaza hotel and the sunset cruise they suggested. The tour they suggested in the Duoro valley with a boat trip, lunch, wine tasting and port tasting was fabulous, a day to remember. In Porto our guide drove us and then we walked to the sites. Just four hours but he really knew his stuff and was so helpful and kind. Cascais was gorgeous, lovely views and museums for when we got tired of the beach. All the train tickets and transfers were taken care off so we could just relax and enjoy the trip. I always use travel agents for holidays to Europe and it really paid off this time.

Aug 02,2022I have mixed emotions writing this review. In 2019 my husband and I used Ziccaso for our honeymoon to South Africa and it was just the most flawless and perfect vacation. We did a ton of things that the travel agency booked us including excursions/hotels and there were a lot of moving parts that just flowed so well together. I just couldn’t wait to use them again! Fast forward to 2022 we had a week of vacation in the south of france that my family and I were really looking forward to. The agency quoted us $6,000 usd for 7 nights, 2 airport transfers and a day excursion with a private driver. My husband and I thought it was very expensive but with a family of 5, a presidential suite at a 4 star hotel we expected it. As soon as we got into our room and saw mold coming out of the air conditioner, the room was totally outdated, the balcony looking like it’s about to collapse and the whole room reeking of mold we stopped and asked ourselves where did the $6,000 go if the majority was to this room!? I immediately told the hotel staff, they were booked up and couldn’t do anything that night. So the next morning I reached out to the agency and asked for a detailed receipt which they couldn’t provide. The gentleman mentioned ziccasso fees and the mark ups. I asked him numerous times where our money went to I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. He was able to find 2 rooms at a much updated hotel that turned out to be a million times better. I did my own research and found out the total cost of everything was just under $3,000 euros. I was livid. How could they over charge us and take advantage of my family? I immediately contacted ziccasso and they mentioned they were doing an “investigation” during our trip and would reconnect as soon as we got home. I had a phone call finally with an employee and she pretty much said zicasso provides the marketing for these travel agencys and she can’t do anything for us to get even a portion of our money back. She says zicasso has fees but it’s at the travel agency’s expense and shouldn’t be the customers. She also said that they will not be working with that agency anymore. I was mortified because my husband and I used our hard working money for this trip that caused more headaches over anything. Zicasso is a marketing company they are not in the travel business! This is so messed up because I have a few friends that are travel agents that don’t charge a thing since hotels/excursions etc. pay them to promote their businesses. Do your research and do not fall into a trap!

Aug 01,2022A wonderful trip completely curated by Zicasso! We loved our visit to Botswana (which was our first/won't be our last)! Wonderful animal sightings, extremely knowledgeable guides, and extraordinary hospitality. We were able to visit an elephant orphanage, including feeding each animal by hand. And, be sure to take the helicopter tour if you get a chance--it's a great way to see things from a different perspective. Every detail of the trip was well-planned and every element was better than we imagined. Highly recommend!

I felt confident that I could trust both agencies, and then was able to compare their 2 proposed itineraries, speak with the two agents and make the decision that was best for our family! Aug 13,2022Our trip to Chile was planned around our son's exchange in Santiago during their winter. While it was cold, Chile was still just an incredible place to see and experience. We loved San Pedro de Atacama and all the surrounding views (Andes/Geysers). And then later that week we went to Patagonia for three gorgeous days and was completely awed by the beauty of the area. Was freezing, hikes were amazing and just a stunning place to view.
