Jun 22,2022My wife and I just returned from a late May, early June two week trip to Spain. We have used Zicasso for multiple trips, and for every one Zicasso has provided great travel agents. For this trip, we used Cameltrain for the second time, as they were our agents for an earlier trip to Morocco and Jordan. Once again, Cameltrain provided outstanding service. We visited Bilboa, San Sabastian, Madrid, Seville, Ronda, and Malaga. The hotels were first class, the transportation was professional and reliable, and the guides were terrific. Everything ran smoothly, and we experienced no glitches. Zicasso came through by providing us an excellent travel agency, and the agency was extremely helpful. They provided good advice, made adjustments when and where necessary, and stayed in constant contact to be certain that we were well taken care of. We could not be more pleased.

Jun 21,2022Zicasso responded immediately to my request for advice on a tour operator who could provide a privately escorted tour for two couples in the Azores and Madeira. We told them we would like to spend 12 days and see as much of the islands as possible, staying in 4 or 5 star hotels and flying between the islands. Within a few days, they replied with the contacts of 3 travel companies. We heard directly from each of the companies which provided proposed itineraries, hotels, and estimates of the cost in total and per person. We corresponded with each of the companies and within 1 week had decided that we would travel with one companies. While all 3 gave us very good proposals which suited our needs, the one we chose sought out our preferences in detail and replied quickly with many suggestions. We took the tour of 6 islands in April 2022 and were absolutely delighted with every detail of our trip. Thank you to Zicasso for your expertise and experience in recommending the tour companies. We completely enjoyed our trip and will travel through Zicasso again, we are certain!

Jun 15,2022Zicasso has been my "go to" travel agency for a number of years. They helped me plan trips to New Zealand, Croatia and, most recently, to Portugal. It is such a pleasure to have a designated car or van and personal travel assistant. No sharing transportation with strangers, stopping at various pickup points, etc. In the past, they have arranged travel for just my husband and I. However, my most recent trip to Portugal was with eight ladies, all of whom are friends of mine. All of the ladies raved about the attention given by the travel assistant and the driver. We had a marvelous time; so much so that I am currently working with Zicasso on a trip with the ladies in May of 2023 to Switzerland. I have always been immensely pleased with the service and attention to detail provided by Zicasso and their agents.

Zicasso put us in touch with several travel agencies and we were extremely pleased with the agency we chose. They kept in touch after we had to cancel our initial trip in March 2020 and we were finally able to reschedule in April 2022. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and treated us more like visiting friends than tourists. The agency kept in touch with us daily when we were traveling to make sure everything was going well. They provided us with guides in each city we visited who were very knowledgeble and proud to show us their city. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will certainly use Zicasso for our next travel adventure.

We are put in contact with local travel agencies that are of great advise and much better prices than using an American agency. You select the agency you have the best fit with. the trips are extremely well organized, from the airport pickup, to the guides and drivers, the selection of hotels, the restaurant recommendation. Zicasso is highly recommended, especially if you go far. You cannot take a risk by selecting Zicasso.

Both my husband and I work, so we were looking for a travel resource that would put us in touch with a great agent to plan our trip. It was so easy. The major logistics of my trip were planned for me so I was actually able to attend my vacation without worrying about our plans for each day. Jun 10,2022We recently returned from our 4th trip planned by a Zicasso recommended travel agent. We had booked a cruise through a work affiliated group and wanted to add an extension. Zicasso recommended a wonderful agent that was able to coordinate with the cruise agent. We went to Peru, stayed at a fantastic hotel, and had facilitated tours. As on each of our prior journeys with Zicasso, our guides were fluent and personable with a treasure trove of local knowledge. Over our journeys we have learned Zicasso recommended travel agents are able to handle just about anything. Three cheers and our 5th journey with them starts soon!

Jun 23,2022By every measure the trip was superb. The travel company is an outstanding travel agent. The trip was 23 days long, very complex, exquisitely planned to meet our goals, and executed flawlessly. In particular, we wanted to visit disparate places in England and Scotland that we had not previously seen. This involved staying at eight hotels, having three knowledgeable and enjoyable guides for multiple days as well as several drivers to ferry us to and from various locations since we chose not to drive ourselves. In broad terms, we visited Cornwall, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon, Bletchley Park, the Peak District, York and Edinburgh. The specific list of places, sites, institutions and activities was comprehensive, adhering to a daily schedule while allowing us quite adequate time to explore on our own. The travel company selected numerous places to visit of which we had been unaware but were very pleased to see. The company was impressively attendant to the details of our trip including tickets to all locations, specific instructions for train travel, sorting out our clothes cleaning needs, and even finding a solution to our need for Covid testing while on a very tight schedule. I heartily recommend Zicasso's travel company.
