Jul 13,2022My wife and I have been wanting to go to the Amalfi Coast and really wanted the best experience we could get. Normally I plan my own vacations but this time, I thought it would be nice to have an expert choose the best adventures and coordinate the details, like airport transfers and the like. I had used Zicasso before and had a great experience so I thought I'd see what kind of trip they could come up with for Italy. I'm glad I used them! My wife and I had the trip of a lifetime from sunset boat tour along the coast, to a private cooking class and lunch at a beautiful villa and garden. Plus, I didn't have to book my own shuttles to and from the airport (or worse, drive myself along those winding roads...yikes!). Zicasso made the trip easy, fun, and an incredible memory for my wife and I. I'd highly recommend using them--I will again for my next vacation.

Jul 11,2022Considering that the interaction with Zicasso took place in 2019, my memories have faded a bit. I recall I was very pleased at the beginning with the French tour operators that were provided. I was less pleased when we had to postpone the trip due to Covid and hoped that Zicasso might have been able to exert more influence on our provider in terms of getting a refund or a commitment to lock in future costs.

Jul 07,2022My husband and I were wanting to go to Portugal this past spring, but we had little knowledge of the country and didn't really know where to begin with seeing the country, and we didn't really have time to research it before leaving. I came across Zicasso while looking for itineraries online, and decided I would inquire. While the website showed some legitimate accolades from reputable sources, I am ever the skeptic, so was never really sure if what we would get. Within two days, two different companies reached out to me to ask what we were looking for in more detail. I had a zoom call with one of the companies, and ultimately decided we would "go for it" at the risk of it all being a scam (like I said, I was a skeptic!). I also thought once we picked a tour company that it would be either overpriced, cliche, overly generic, and almost assuredly "touristy", or all of the above, but what we got really exceeded our expectations. We had a private tour for our entire trip--starting with being picked up at the airport, and complete and unique until our trip was complete. Zicasso and the tour company made our trip stress free and I feel confident we had a very thorough tour of Portugal, now knowing SO much more than when we started. Our daily decisions really came down to whether we would have red or white wine at lunch, and that was it! I would recommend Zicasso to our family and friends (and already have) without reservation.

Jul 06,2022Fantastic adventure for family of 4 with young teens. We loved the Convenience of having pre-arranged transportation, drivers and personal tour guides. Even the kids loved Exploring the historical Pompeii and Paestum sites. We also loved the expertly planned activities such as blue grotto, Italian cooking classes, and family bike tour through Chianti region were amazing. Wandering through old town Salerno meeting and speaking to locals at small restaurants gave us a very ethnic experience. There was something for all of us! Absolutely wonderful trip!

Through Zicasso we found a tour guide that went above and beyond to fulfill my son's dream. Our budget was not the biggest, but I believe we saw at least 10 castles. Our guide was a pleasure to tour with and added some extra special stops like Churchill's gravesite and some memorable towns.

A detailed trip planner app was an excellent guide to our days. We’ve always traveled with a tour group and were a tad reluctant to be on our own but felt comfortable with names, numbers, and 24 hour contact availability. The trip was just perfect!

Jun 24,2022We recently completed a trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia. When we started planning for the trip we did what we have done for several previous trips. We contacted Zicasso, on line, and from them obtained recommendations of two travel agencies that will be able to arrange the trip for us. After initially working with both we chose one who did all the arrangements, including recommendations of game parks, reserving all accommodations, internal flights, tours, etc. As with all our previous trips the company recommended by Zicasso did an excellent job and we were thoroughly satisfied. We would not consider arranging any trip without first contacting Zicasso, give them the information they need about our wishes and have them recommend the local travel agency to make our dreams a reality. Having used Zicasso several times we have never been disappointed with their recommendations.

Jun 24,2022Zicasso recommended two travel advisors for our trip to Spain and Morocco. I interviewed both and gave them the same information about our desired trip. I chose one of the travel advisors and proceeded to plan a great trip. I honestly think that either one could have done a great job but I made my choice based on personality and gut feel. Our resulting trip was fantastic. Zicasso clearly has excellent relationships with local agents who know their stuff. I will definitely look forward to using Zicasso in the future.

Jul 17,2022This was my second time using Zicasso. I first used them to line me up with an agent who created a fantastic trip for me in Australia. This time I wanted to visit eastern Germany, starting with Berlin and working south. I did not have a budget that would include private car and driver so that eliminated the first agent that contacted me. But the second created an excellent trip using the train. Zicasso's questions beforehand made it easy for him to figure out the kind of trip I wanted, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
