I have been using 34sp.com for some 16 years and have recently ordered another VPS. I host some 70 domains mostly built using Joomla so uptime and support are critical to me and my customers and that is the main reason why I recommend this company to others. 34sp suffer the occasional minor outage as do other hosting companies but they are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a hosting provider you won't be disappointed if you choose 34sp.com, so friendly and helpful.

Very poor email service. We generally experience slow access and there are regular intermittent email outages most weeks. Our review may have been 2 or 3 stars, but over the past 3 business days, we have experienced no functional email service and based on the tech support team (by phone and web updates) there is no real indication of when the issue will be resolved. We run a small business and it is totally unacceptable not to have a business grade service for this period of time. These outages are having a major impact on our business. This raises serious concerns about using 34SP as a hosting company for any UK business. Whilst we selected them (over a year ago) on reviews and recommendations, as well as the access to UK based people for tech support. The actual service level (engineering infrastructure supporting the systems) does not appear to match the claimed offer. This is really disappointing, we have lost confidence in 34SP to rectify these issues and provide a ongoing first class service level. We are in the process of migrating our system away from 34SP.

I will be honest, I have a buddy who works at 34sp.com. Thats why the Archery Club we are both in are using them. I created the site and maintain it along with two other sites. One for a local parish council and one for my Sister who started her own business. The package that we have is the Professional 500 with Wordpress. The platform for Wordpress is great with 34sp and a lot easier to understand and use than going directly to the Wordpress site. I have had to phone for halp a few times and only had difficulty getting through once and then they contacted me a few hours later. I can't praise the team there enough nothing is to much trouble and they explain everything to you thats happening. I have had excellent service from the 34sp.com team from the word go! Go to another provider at your own cost, these guys are ace at what they do. They have gone from bad to worse within a year. Every other week the server is down and that has just given us a lot of grief, so much so that we have decided to switch to another company.

I have been with 34sp.com for around 5 years. I have around 7 websites hosted with them on their 'reseller' package. I can honestly say that over those 5 years I one thing has been consistent throughout - their customer support. Before being with 34sp.com I used to be with a good company in the US who started off well but sold out and went downhill from there. That's when I had to find an alternative and 34sp.com came onto my radar. Off the bat, I preferred having someone I could speak with rather than sending tickets and waiting a day or so. Them being based in the UK and on a landline, meaning I don't pay a 'local rate' call charge is a massive plus. I've gotten to know them all by first names, and whilst I'm not a complete web geek (just enough to do the basics) 34sp.com have never patronised or made me feel inferior in any way. They are always extremely pleasant and a complete pleasure to have in my 'remote' team ! They continue to have my custom simply because they are hassle free, and I can recommend them 100,000%. I'm not paid to write this review, I'm simply very keen to spend some time writing my true feelings for a company I entrust with my livelyhood and for all at 34sp.com to know that I am a genuinely happy customer and they are all very much appreciated.

Our charity had to escape from a host that was getting slower and support that had changed for the worse. 34sp helped us in both respects. The site is now much faster and the support responses have been very quick and super helpful. Over the years I have experienced many hosts and 34sp are a notch above. I'm happy that our web site is now in good hands.

34SP has hosted our company's website for about 5 years and it has proven to be a reliable host. But there's nothing special about that, we could obtain that from any number of service provider. The aspect that makes 34SP special is the level of technical support we always receive from them. Every enquiry is answered within 24 hours (at most), and the answer is correct and understandable. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have used 34SP as domain and hosting provider for a number of my clients' websites since 2012. In that time, their customer service has been unfailingly excellent, with prompt and helpful responses. 34SP also provide a percentage of their services free to charities. This is very generous of them, and I have take full advantage! I have also noted that the level of customer service is no less for these sites. Thank you!

I've been with 34sp for years now and never had any problems. Im on the newbie end of things and no question has ever been too small and all problems small and big I've encountered have been sorted very quickly a d professionally. I've never ever thought about going anywhere else.

I have been a client with 34sp since 2008 and have repeatedly been impressed by the quality of their service. As a web developer I have plenty of experience of dealing with hosting companies, and none are as friendly, easy, fast and thorough in their response to tickets as the guys at 34sp are. They are so good I recommend them to all my clients who are looking for a new hosting company.

I've been with 34sp.com since 2003 and I cannot think of anything that they don't do wrong. They are a fantastic company, always friendly and always keen to fix problems when they arise. We are even moving our business hosting to them as our current provider just don't compare to them.

I'm 50 and have worked in IT for 25 years. When i started my business i was with 123-reg (yes, the one's who lost loads of customer data last year!), i then went with TSO Host for a year or so, who were okay but the servers were slow. I've been using 34SP for over a year now and have all of mine, my friends and some client sites with them. The domain registration process is easy, the support is knowledgable and quick to reply. The basic £5.95 per month Wordpress hosting is nice and fast, and the £15 per month Wordpress hosting is very good indeed. They look after security, backups and updates, so it's a worry-free, all round excellent service. I won't be changing my hosting provider again.

We've just moved our wordpress site having had endless problems with our previous hosts -- who were vastly more expensive, and offered absolutely no assistance whatsovever. 34SP.com were fast, easy to deal with, efficiently smoothed out problems... It's been just 2 weeks but so far I've been very impressed

Any questions I have asked have always received an helpful and satisfactory answer very quickly and I have always been satisfied with the level of help I have received. I have also received guides on how to set up things and these have always been easy to follow and complete. Overall I feel the service received is very, very good.

I've been a customer of 34sp.com for several years and have had several domains hosted on and off with them. I've always found their customer service excellent whenever I've encountered an issue or there's something I've not been sure about. They've always been prompt to reply and stick with it until a resolution is reached.

I upgraded my MAC OS to Sierra and this caused all my emails to crash, and numerous other issues. Being usless on computers I contacted 34sp for tech support. And then spent at least 3 hours chatting to an amazing lady called Kayleigh yesterday & today at 34sp who has helped me mend all the email issues and get me working again. Seriously her patience and calmness helped me even more so today after spending 6.5 hours waiting to be seen in an Apple shop! As said thanks a million!! Howard (Live Entertainment Directive)
