Processed and took Payment for my order on January 10, nothing has shipped, no response to emails, won't answer the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a part and was food shipped in three days, day five nothing, call and an informed it will ship out today. Still nothing so I cal back, and they inform me it’s back ordered and won’t ship for six weeks. Had I not reached out, they would’ve let me sit thinking it was shipped. Don’t sell back ordered items that say in stock, and absolutely learn to contact your customers for updates.
I ordered a hard top for my jeep in January, no part yet. So I called them,but no one answers there phone. I tried to contact them on the website,and still no response. This is unacceptable. Will never deal with them again. And now I get to start a law suit to get my money back.
Horrible customer service. No information on order status. Should've read the reviews before placing an order. I figured my items were backordered and needed them sooner. Better chance of hitting the lottery than them picking up the damn phone. Still no update. And I kid you not I can still hear the damn music they got playing when you're on hold in the back of my head as I'm writing this cause no one ever picks up. Never order from the website.
I’ve been waiting almost 4 months for my parts, can’t get customer support to answer email. Dont know what the status of my order is, or if it even has a status. At this point just like my money back so I can go elsewhere.
Ordered parts online, then decided against it and attempted to cancel the order (within minutes of it being placed). There is no way to cancel the order online, you have to call customer service, which places you on hold for hours. I finally called their sales department to see if I could cancel the order that way. Someone picked up after several minutes and told me he would put in the request to cancel. The next day I receive an email that my parts are shipping. WTH?!!!? How can you not cancel an order a few minutes after you place it? So I call again and again customer service never picks up so I try the sales group again. They tell me that the warehouse doesn't always receive the request to cancel fast enough so things could ship and that I might be responsible for the return shipping. This is insane! I received the parts that I didn't want and tried to cancel and now I'm stuck trying to get through to customer service who doesn't pick up the phone (ever). When I finally got through I was told they would prepare the return within 48 hours and send me the information. It's been almost 4 days and still nothing, but the charges are through on my Chase card. I have to wait 15 days before a dispute can be filed with the vendor (via Chase). I never write reviews because I don't usually care that much but do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. It's a joke and a scam. They lock you into purchases and don't give you the ability to cancel anything or return products. Their sales people like to make excuses, which angers me further.
I wish I would have read these posts before ordering from them. They sent me the wrong part, and now won't answer their customer support line. I've tried calling all day and just letting my phone sit for hours. There's no message indicating how long the wait is, an option for a call back, nothing.... I've honestly never seen a harder company to contact. I don't believe there really are people at the call center, rather its probably just a number with an endless song to make you think someone will eventually answer.
Caution with doing business with this company. I brought my Jeep Wrangler by to get the suspension looked at. I noticed some vibrations and swaying when driving at highway speeds. They charged me $230 for the inspection even though the website says that it is free at all locations. I was then provided a quote for over $4600 in repairs. They wanted to replace shocks, ball joints, trackbar and several other suspension parts. I'm not a mechanic but this didn't make sense to me based on the vehicle having less than 20K miles on it. I took it to another shop who inspected the suspension for FREE and informed me that there wasn't anything wrong with my suspension. They stated that my tires needed to be rotated and the tire pressure adjusted. I noticed a substantial difference after getting these small changes done. Consider this a warning before having any service work done with this company. Good Luck
I ordered a lift kit over the phone. I received incorrect parts for the entire front of the vehicle, some parts not even related to a vehicle. Customer service is non-existent. I have spent countless hours on hold, over an hour at a time, just to have the line hang up on me. When you call the sales number they immediately redirect you with no hesitation. I have even called back the original guy I bought it from over the phone and he won't help me. By trying enough random extensions I found someone that said they were setting it right and would get back to me in a day. It has now been a month and her voicemail doesn't work and no email response. Now I have to buy individual parts for the front, I cant even return the parts I got. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
These guys suck suck suck and then suck some more ever since Meyers bought them they have no customer services 2 people covering all returns and customer service globally, forcing them to take low pay and they dont honor returns or answer calls in a timely fashion. Coming from the industry this is a huge let down that 4 wheel parts/ trans america has turned to total garbage.
I got a icon suspension from them they told me that the ride would b better than factory let me tell you it is better way better than factory and we all know 4 runners ride good Marcos my sales person will tell you the truth next I went to get my suspension serviced he knew exactly what I needed they pulled it apart cleaned it lubed it new front end alignment upgraded my rear springs because I need to load it down sometimes when I go to my deer lease I’m very pleased with them
Accepts orders despite not having access to the parts. It took them 2 weeks to let me know that the bumper I ordered was not in stock "Due to global supply challenges" ... it's a steel bumper made in USA ... what a load. $850 - no bumper, no refund, an invitation to wait an hour on hold (literally an hour) to see what alternatives that they might have in stock. When I called they told me they were low on most parts as a result of the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab (like that is a new unplanned event or something). Loads of crap and frustration are the only products they are delivering on.
I ordered several parts spread out across multiple orders. Only received one of them. They took my money and never sent the rest. No email confirmation, no shipping info. Impossible to reach this company via phone, email, social media, etc. After waiting a month I had to charge back the purchases with my bank. They must be on the verge of going out of business. I can't believe they're getting away with operating like this.
Essentially a fraudulent website. Paid $300 and never received the parts; no one ever responded to emails. Nightmare to get the money back.
attempted to cancel order due to items being unavailable. Talked to Customer Service and was told order would be cancelled within 48 hours. Has already been 4 days since contacting company and site shows order still processing yet they have already charged my credit card and received payment from Capitol One. Attempting to dispute charges with Capitol One. Capitol One sent me letter stating that if 4WP does not respond saying order was cancelled we would be card would be charged the $787 and we would have to pay it regardless of whether we ever get the items. BEWARE OF BOTH 4WP and CAPITOL ONE
Ordered an ARB summit bumper for my truck. Tried contacting them about the amount of damage the bumper showed up with, but there is no answer to emails or phone calls. Hours on hold and no answer on the other end. The damage was concealed prior to shipment by 4wp. The outer packaging arrived in tact from the shipper and large metal gouges were discovered after removing the outer wrapping.
i am an auto industry parts professional. customer service will not contact you back via email after 5 emails. the call center is backed up over an hour to speak with someone. they are a scam. they have essentially stolen from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I bought tires 5 months ago and paid for the warranty. Now they closed down and now no warranty. I have called customer service 3 times and have been on hold over two hours have yet to speak to anyone. This place sucks.

Apr 28,2023Zero stars! I canceled my order right after I placed it realizing I purchased wrong $2,000 dollar system. Multiple cancellation request sent. I called for hours till finally got someone. She told me my item was canceled and expect refund 3-5 days. Two days later they called trying to set up appointment for drop off. Told them again it was canceled. The following day fed ex was at my house trying to drop it off! This company is a joke. Had to dispute charges. You will not get anyone on the phone and if you do they’ll lie to you. Don’t even bother with emails it’s waste of time. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was gonna order proper part through them however now I’ll never use them again.
