Bought a lift for my 02tj it took 3 months to put it on . Crash put the wrong lift on my jeep . Cut my ne exhaust off said they couldn't put it back on. Had to take else where to get welded back on . Threw front track bar away had to buy new one with no knowledge it was bad. Bought tires an wheels off them needed an alignment they set tow so far in it wore tire to half tread after driving a thousand miles. Then had sway bar disconnects so bent could not even get them apart so I can four wheel. They also jammed my four wheel drive linkage when adding my new skid plate that came with the long arm lift kit said it work in four wheel drive an it never did . My bill was around 6 thousand an change since the jeep was at 4wheel parts Pittsburgh my jeep is very unsafe to drive . An for as much as I spent should be able to drive it safely . This is a company that does not stand behind their work an actually should not be in business for the way they treat their customers an their vehicles. Please look into another four wheel shop been buying from them for 25 years an I will stop buying from them . Thanks for the quality work 4wheel parts Pittsburgh . Customer #1555295

Really impressed with the leveling kit and the KO2s. I thought I would experience more road noise and a stiffer ride but I was amazed at the quietness and my truck is still comfortable to drive. Ran 75mph on the turnpike on the way home.Glad I had the brakes done per your suggestion.

You like near death experiences and a handful of broken wheel studs. Sure, then go to 4 Wheel Parts. I have been using 4wheel parts for my Jeep needs for 10 years. Always have had a good experience. I have only used their service department 2 times. I recently put wheel spacers on my hubs and one month later went to 4Wheel parts for new tires. Knowing that after a couple hunderd miles you had to recheck the torque specs I thought this was a good order to do this in. I requested that they check specs of the wheel spacers while changing the tires. They assured me that they alway do that. Fast forward a couple of months and I was noticing a strange drift and bounce when I turned. I pushed on my back right tire and it moved. ALOT!!! I took off the wheel to examine and 4 of the 5 nuts that secure my wheel on my back rear tire broke off. I'm lucky to have caught it. They have refused to take responsibility and left the blame on me. You would think after spending thousands of dollars at this place that they would be somewhat appologetic for nearly killing me and who know who else and eat the $20 that it would cost them to fix it. I will NEVER EVER EVER go to 4Wheel parts again as long as I live. The disrespect I got on the phone just floors me.

Scam, stay away!!! They will take your money and then tell you they cannot get your part and to just wait. Impossible to cancel or talk to customer service. SCAM!!!!!!

Criminal enterprise. I bought a $98 part. They charge you immediately. Then tell you they don't know when it will be shipped. Trying to get them to credit you back is impossible. Keep you on hold for ever.

Placed a site to store order on 10/7/21. Still trying to get the part that was delivered broken replaced and it's 1/21/22. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. In the new world we're all living in, delays are part of life. Poor communication and repeated mistakes aren't. They finally shipped the replacement part last week. They shipped it to the wrong address and never asked me for my address. After I corrected that with the shipping company, today, they delivered an entire replacement drawer, not the replacement top I needed and have in writing from them was shipped. I suppose they are probably an okay store if everything happens to go right on your purchase, but it seems to me that as soon as anything goes wrong, they ignore, deflect, and just hope the customer goes away. Not the service I expected when ordering two separate ~$1k arb drawers from them. I had intended for them to install the drawers, but after they never (still have never) responded to that email to the address that they specifically requested I send the pictures to, I installed them myself. As I have chronic back problems, that cost me far more than having them do it. Overall, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I reviewed this process two months ago on 4WheelPart's own website using similarly professional language and they "moderated" the review and refused to post it. They seem to be one of the least honest and communicative businesses you could deal with.

After 7 weeks of charging me for rims I just got a notification of my order canceled! I had spoken to someone 3 times on my shipment and they always had an excuse and today it was discontinued leaving me hanging without my refund oh wait … another 5 business days . Sad sad irate I have to start over with another company of course. I would never pre pay again!

Terrible Customer Service is a common theme for 4wd Parts! It's because their Customer Service Department is terrible. Super Dismissive, did not except fault and actually gave me a hard time for the expectations I had. Their shipping time is way off! I can accept delays, I can accept slow response times but where I have issue is the email in which they replied, "Hello Mr. Greg, The tracking for your order shows updated scans with an estimated delivery of November 20th. This rare does occasional occur. As long as there is movement your package is on the way. We thank your for patience. -Adriana Luna" This is Copied and Pasted from the email they sent me! First off, invest in a Grammar app. How embarrassing! If I were a business owner and that was how my Customer Service Rep replied, they would be talked with on how to treat my customers. Then I would invest in spell check for them. I realized delays happen, but what doesn't happen is having your part shipped out and get within 1 mile of your house only to end up in Nebraska (1000 miles away) 1 minute later. I asked for her help in figuring out how that could happen and the above quoted email was her response! Insane!

First the tires I paid in full for and ordered took about three weeks to get then when they installed the new tires on brand new rims the weights were put it on crooked and hanging off the rim in some locations, I lost some weights in the first week, also when mounting the tires they gouged up all four brand new rims on the inside.

I bough a 900.00 lift kit for my Wj.Box was missing parts1.The directions and illustrations Absolutely horrible.And the technical assistance absolutely the worse bs I ever delt with.Never will recomend this brand or company again.

I should’ve read the reviews. I called to make an appointment for a wheel alignment and they charged me $85 (half of the wheel alignment cost) over the phone. That should’ve been red flag number one but I proceeded because I needed it. I dropped off my jeep and within 2 hours I received a call stating I needed ball joints and replace the drive shaft for $1550. I declined to proceed with their recommendations and just requested a wheel alignment. Well, they said they couldn’t do a wheel alignment and charged me for a vehicle inspection instead which ironically was the same price as a wheel alignment. How convenient. So I wound up paying $164.27 for 3 pieces of paper. I should’ve known better to bring my jeep there. Oh, and no military discount because it was labor.

Wish I had read their reviews before I ordered anything from 4Wheeldriveparts. Ordered safety chain hitches for the bed of my truck in May 2021. After about a month I sent emails on my order. Stated the parts were coming from the manufacture. In August I received three trailer jacks from one of their suppliers, which I did not order. I called the number on the label and they sent me a return label and had the postal come pick up the jacks. Since then after contacting 4wheelparts, I’ve had to send them the emails on the returned package and jump through hoops to satisfy them. None of this being my fault. I’ve canceled my order and just wanting a credit back to my card. They keep saying they are waiting on the other company to release the credit. Duh! I didn’t order anything from this other company, I ordered from you! This shouldn’t be my problem! Now it’s late October and still no refund!

The staff at 4wp need to remember that there are many alternatives to them. Take care of your customers. After a number of attempts to get 4wp to remedy a delivery that originated from their warehouse (which I had to prove) they still wouldn’t make it right, so I returned the broken order and went elsewhere. Important to note In addition to the lift kit I ended up spending $1k more that would have gone to 4wp had they shown a tiny amount of customer service. My days of shopping with 4wp are over. Too many alternatives that value their customers.

Since September 17 I can’t get my money back!! I cancelled my order since September 20th, and I still didn’t get a refund. I got some crazy emails from someone called Caroline Hernandez where I was told you have refunded me, and cancelled the payment, which is a lie. My card has not been refunded and the order is still “being processed”: Status Message: Your order is being processed. I ordered 4 steel off road wheels from these folks. After a long stent w/the tire shop and me being unhappy w/vibration issues ; They show me where two of the wheels were bent from the factory. The boxes showed no signs of hurt. 4WP absolutely refused to help as 'I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE WHEELS CHECKED BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES" I'm an ASE master and I can comfortably say.' WHO THE HELL DOES THAT". The two wheels are in my scrap barrel now.

I purchased a TJ softtop replacement from 4WheelParts a very long time ago. I've tried calling several times but I get someone on the phone I just get put on hold almost automatically. I'll never never buy anything from these people again!

I purchase a full set of rotors and brake pads. I first received the rear rotors which arrived damaged. I sent an email with no response. When i called to their customer service number I was on hold for over an hour. The service rep told they filled a claim with UPS and I had to wait 48 hours so they can receive a response from UPS and then they would ship me new rotors. When I received the rest of my order, its very clear the first set of rotors were used and the were not even remotely close packaged the same. The second set of rotors were boxed individually, then warped in plastic and then boxed in a bigger box. The first set of rotors were just thrown in a box without any protection. They claim to have a A+ customer rating on BBB but when you look them up they have a F rating. What a deceiving company.

I bought tires and wheels from 4 wheel parts and it was $3500 and if I bought certain wheels and tires I would get a $500 gift card in return and it turned out it was the tire and wheels I wanted. After about two weeks of not hearing anything I reached out which was almost impossible to get a response but I finally did and they informed that the tires were on back order and should be in soon. After about i month I reached out again and the tires were finally in stock and they were gonna get sent out to me with the wheels. After another week I received my tires but no wheels. When I reached out to 4 wheels parts asking where my wheels were they said they didn’t know. My $1600 wheels are missing and 4 wheel parts have no idea where they are. And to mention they told me that I would get my gift card 30-60 days once I received my package. I would stay far away from them. This has been nothing but a terrible experience and I would have much rather paid more to get my stuff and have quality customer service. I still don’t have my tires. They don’t derserve a star at all. They should be shutdown. Scam

Went to 4wp to get a cv boot put on in Indianapolis.John came out to look at boot and said I would proably need CV axle and give me the option. So I chose to go to Napa and buy the axle and have 4 wp put it on. John said to call him and schedule a appt. He said he would work on appt and call me sometime that day 9/2.Did not here from him and I called him at 1630 and he said he was working on it and would call me that day.Did not here from him. On 9/3 called to ask him about appt was put on hold and 15 min later was hung up on.I made three attempts to talk to him no answer. So I have found another shop to do work. I have spent around 4,000 dollars at 4 wp on different types of work.Would not recommend 4 wp Indianapolis.I have had work done at 4 wp Memphis and would highly recommend them good customer service which seems to be lacking there at Indy.If you have to have work done there ask for Trevor.

I ordered a couple of items and cancelled them almost immediately. I received an email from them that said, "A request for cancelation has been submitted. Once finalized by our billing team, we will issue a full refund to your original credit card account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reapply." I never heard them them again and they didn't ship the products. I sent them an email and didn't get a response. Then I called them and I was hung up on. The original order and cancellation was more than 2 weeks ago. I am now waiting for PayPal to respond. Update - PayPal refunded the purchase price. :)
