Wish I saw the reviews before I ordered from this company. Same as ever other review, zero customer service, will not answer a email or phone call. Spoke to someone in sales just to see if anyone answered the phone and they said it’s a 17 minute wait, been over an hour, still nothing.
The worst! customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Spent over a total of 13 hours on hold. Last phone call I was on hold for almost 4 hours and got down to the last caller and they hung up on me. I have emailed them and got no response. I ordered partrs over a year ago now and to this day still have not received them. This place is a joke. Dont order from them

This company has no intention of getting it right. Their "customer service" number has one or two people (at most) handling calls. The email doesn't work, and parts are not being shipped. I cannot believe anyone with a pulse would not see how badly this companuy is being run.
Ive been waiting over 6 weeks to receive the other part of my order, the part I did receive was wrong. Tried to email mulitple times only to get a message back that their email doesnt work, called multiple times only to be put on hold. I was caller number 42 and after 2 hours I had only moved up to 30 something... What else... Don't base your purchase on the pictures, I understand stock photos but I'm not sure how you are supposed to know what you are getting when there are no descriptions either. Bottom line, just dont buy from this company, complete loss of money and time.
Garbage company. Tried to call three separate times to get a quote for gears. The salesman always say they will call me back and never do. Just talked to the national salesman and told me to contact the local store and hung up on me. What a jerk.
The bumper I ordered came damaged. I first emailed, then called and waited 2 hours on the phone to only get disconnected. Called another day and spent 1.5 hours on hold and finally gave up. Emailed a second time. Tried a third call, this time I called right at 7am and was 10th in line. 15 minutes later I'm still 10th in line but was then disconnected. So they either (A) have call center agents that do not log in or (B) have only 1 agent that was still with the same sucker...err, I mean customer for 15 minutes. Made my last call but as I was 40th in line I would have been on hold for hours so I gave up. I did write a review that spelled out exactly what happened but somehow they are able to read that and get back to me saying my review doesn't meet "website guidelines" that they failed to provide to me or post on the website but cant seem to respond to my emails about the damaged bumper. At this point I'm going to dispute the charges with my CC company.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Website works great in taking money but then it's a black hole. Ordered a winch and says ships in 1-2 days and directly from manufacturer. Rough Country is direct shipping immediately but 5 day later I still have no shipping notice and you cannot contact ANYONE without waiting hours on the phone. I called and I was 42 in line after 20 minutes. I waited 10 more minutes and I was 41. Next day I called back at 7:30 AM and I was 32 in line. I emailed to cancel on their website form and no response. LITERALLY THE WORST E-COMMERCE EVER. It's too bad because the mix of brick and mortar and e-commerce is a great idea... but terribly executed.
Made a very simple online purchase of a $25 gift card to give to my son for some truck accessories. The gift card number they gave me does not work and shows a zero balance. I have been in contact with customer service since September to have this simple matter resolved. I've been on the phone over 3 hours, multiple emails (Documented) and they simply will not provide me with a $25 gift card that I paid for. Complete scam of a company and it's too bad.
I rarely write reviews but this time I had to. I should have looked at the reviews before I purchased a few items online like I normally do and research. But since I knew they have stores and I’ve visited a few in the past why not and the prices were cheaper than everyone else. My purchase was on Oct 11, 2022 and it’s only been a week. Got the order confirmation and nothing else since then. My order was suppose to ship direct from the manufacturer and I know they had the items in stock and they are only 300 miles away from me. 3 days had past since my order date no updates or tracking whatsoever. I emailed and called them. Nothing!! Called again there automated system on the phone says they’re closed. So I press for sales. I spoke to the first person said he’d check on it put me on hold for 10 mins and it went back to the automated system. Spoke to another person and he directed me to another extension with no answer at all. A little game they like to play!!!! Well not with me!!! I finally gave up and contacted my CC company which helped me out for the refund. Thank God!! I couldn’t wait anymore since I needed the parts asap. This company is a joke sorry to say it. There maybe some customers with positive experiences but only a handful. I will not purchase anything from them ever again!!! Glad I found out for myself. They only care about taking your money and not delivering. Customer service is a joke too. I don’t know how these ppl got a business license with the kind of crap they pull. It’s not always wise to find a better deal out there. If so, do your research and continue to read reviews. It is a gamble and I’ve gambled plenty times for good deals but this one did not work in my favor like most of you. I don’t think this place should be in business at all. They are scam artists, don’t care about there customers and they only take your money and don’t deliver the product. If you do get the product it’s not new, maybe grade b or is not really from the manufacturer and it’s a knock off!!! Maybe that’s why it takes so long for tracking info? Lol!! Be careful with those restocking fees after 30 days when order is placed. Contact your CC company for a refund ASAP!!! I ain’t no rocket scientist but I know when something isn’t right and it’s been a week with no updates whatsoever. Don’t believe the whole global shortage of goods and expect delays garbage or there site. I wonder if we all can get a petition together or something so this place won’t be in business anymore. HORRIBLE. Mechanic was one of the rudest people I’ve meet. Was suppose to have my rear end back same day and it’s been 3 weeks now. Store manager won’t return my phone call. It’s a joke..
I am holding on the phone for their customer service while writing this review. It is second time I try to reach their CS and I have spent 90 mins waiting last time. Today I have called and luckily my call has been picked up very soon BUT the guy was in attitude and not helpful. He is rude. He just said will direct me to CS and leave me on hold until now. They charged us since 9/26 and never inform us they are out of stock, they said they will contact me back for order status but never. Tracking information for my order on the website that FAKE. I have already told all of my co-workers not buying from this company anymore. It will be horrible experience. By the way, I am still on holding.......for 40 mins....
Service is going downhill. Wait on hold for over an hour every time I call. Back order parts never show up. 20 year customer and was my go to formJeep and Truck mods.. Sad to say so long but as a consumer I am sick of customer last attitude and my money goes to service first.
Ordered $600 worth of wheels etc. 10 items from thier 75% clearance.THEY CHARGED MY CARD Recieved a call 2 days later stating all of the prices were wrong but if I pay more money they will honor the order. I spent over an hour ordering and getting the sizes right for nothing and they charged my card. Do not waist your time with these crooks.
I purchased the Fox 2.0 Performance Series Coilover IFP shocks 983-02-050 for my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 XLT from 4Wheel Parts (4WP). Prior to installing these, I had factory struts with a 1.5" leveling kit. I purchased the Fox Coilovers from 4wp because the manufacturer (Fox) and you said these shocks are adjustable 0"-2" above stock height and come pre-adjusted at 2". I loved that they could just be thrown on without adjusting these. According to your advertisements, and that is why I bought them. Here's the problem. I got the Fox Coilovers installed, and my truck sits exactly 1.5" inches lower than before. These lowered my truck lower than it was with factory struts that had a 1.5" leveling kit on them. Obviously, these are not pre-loaded correctly. Therefore, I took my truck to 4WP, to have them pulled off, and adjusted correctly. My truck was there for 8 hours. 4WP said they can't adjust them because they're maxed out, and told me that, according to the manufacturer (Fox) they come pre-set and can't be adjusted any higher. They didn't even try or bother to figure it out. How is that possible?? How does your product that you advertise to be adjustable from 0"-2" above stock height now sit exactly 1.5" lower? It's obvious these are not adjusted to the correct height and you refused to help and since they're installed, you won't allow me to return them. Because if they are in fact, maxed out at the highest point, then these are no good, they literally lowered my truck to stock height. It's obvious these simply weren't set correctly by Fox and you refused to do anything... Ben at the counter told me, to call Fox, no, this is the product you sell, stand behind your product, and support your customers. Another issue, when I took my truck in at a time I scheduled in advanced, and asked 4wp to throw on the control arms since you're in there, you acted put out, saying "well, then I don't know if I can get your truck done" its one extra bolt on each side... jfc Anyway, I called Jack-it in SLC, and spoke to them, they knew exactly what I was talking about, and said this is actually common - that Fox will send these at 0 inches, and confirmed they are not maxed out after taking my truck to them. Now I have to pay another shop, to set these where they should have been initially set in the first place.
Placed an order on the website. never received it. Sent 3 emails with no response. Spent 63 minutes on hold and then was hung up on.

After placing the order I received a confirmation email, and then later, an email stating my order had been shipped. I checked UPS tracking and saw that only a label was created. I attempted to cancel the order through customer service, who lied saying the order had been shipped. Three days afterwards, the UPS tracking number failed to verify what I was told by customer service. I do NOT recommend using this company. Other more reliable companies exists, such as Car parts.com, and other businesses like AutoZone, or companies selling on eBay and Amazon.
Make sure to get Kris - the awesome military veteran, very knowledgeable about Jeeps (etc!), cares about customers and takes care of them guy! 4WP is lucky to have him.

Feb 18,2023If I could give them less than one star, I would. This company absolutely SUCKS. Their customer service is literally non-existent, and they simply never pick up the phone or answer emails. I've spent hours now trying to reach this company, through every conceivable way, all to no avail. I ordered and was billed for two roof cross-bars for my Forester, and they only shipped one. Will now have to dispute the charge with my CC card/bank.
