Mar 13,2019BEWARE! UNSAFE WORK!! Brand new drive shaft they sold me and installed fell out and they would not honor warranty. Mike Abbiatti, Regional Manager, told me there was no proof it happened. Basically, that I was a liar. Drive shaft fell out in Mountains during Sunday ski traffic so I got a tow and got it fixed in the mountains. Because I got it fixed in the mountains and not towed 100 miles to thier shop no warranty honored. They refused to give me the $600 I was out for the tow & repair, they refused to give me store credit, they refused to give me ANYTHING! They said I was lucky they didn't charge me $130 to look at my jeep. Unbelievable service and UNSAFE WORK. A drive shaft falling out can flip a vehichle and KILL YOUR FAMILY. Save your money and your family by going elsewhere. My vehichle was in warranty time frame but they wouldn't honor. Mike Abbaiati, Reginal Manager, said he would be happy to see me in court. Think about that statement before you think of going here. You can do better unless you want people to take your money and put your life at risk! ZERO Stars and safety warning to all reading this.

Feb 21,2019My 4WP in NLR, Arkansas is amazing and the staff are very knowledgable and extremely friendly. They have my jeep JKU 2014 looking better then ever. I look at reviews here and honestly I'm quite shocked... I'm guessing their corporate/online atmosphere is not very good. But for the one here in NLR there is no better shop with better deals. I highly recommend at least for this one here in Arkansas

Jan 29,2019Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Sent me a broken switch and I am unable to contact them. Sent emails, called numerous times. Nothing. Had to go buy another switch from somewhere else. So I had to pay twice because of this place. Will never use again and will never recommend. You guys suck. I hope you go out of business.

Jan 21,2019Completely BAD corporate culture...DON'T GET SUCKERED!!! Own a 2013 Rubi with a bit of suspension upgrades. Heard a 'squeak' in back right side while driving over obstacles, but couldn't see anything obviously wrong. Since 4WP installed by lift/shocks/etc, they'd told me it was under warranty and to "bring it by". What a croc this turned out to be. Once I got the jeep into their hands, the salesman got with me and told me that how at 60,000 miles, you need a full reworking of the suspension gear. Not only did I have to pay for the inspection (about $150 bucks), they had prepared a list of gear they wanted me to replace because it was "potentially dangerous to continue driving in this condition". Total price to get me back 100% road worthy...less than $100. Jeep runs perfectly now and suspension is good a new. Needless to say, I'm appalled at 4WP for attempting to steal my money. Jan 11,2019100 or more days and my $1000 bumper is still at the shipping yard. I I called VISA and got a charge back. Should be called F-wheel parts and you all can go F your selves. Using spektor off road next time, dont trust SAIA trucking either. All 4Weel parts claims could do is blame me and told me I should drive 100 miles to pick up the bumper my self. F-U-parts

Jan 10,2019Placed an order for 4 tires on December 26 2018.They charged my credit card at the time of order. Have sent two emails asking about my. order. No response from them. I've checked other sites to check availability of these tires and they have them in stock so its not a issue availalibilty. Could have bought these same tires from Tire Rack and already received them. Filling a claim with Paypal to get my funds returned. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Mar 14,2019Several names used online, all same 4wheel parts. Worst customer service ever. Don't even try, call sales, they answer and will try to help, but do NOT expect any response, email, phone- nothing. Waiting four weeks plus, many tries, too much time and frustration. Order from manufacturer; they will likely give you same price and stand behind their work
