This is the second and last 4 wheel parts order I will make. They offer everyday free shipping for orders over $75 . They had a 10% for orders over $500. I didn’t get my 10% and called customer service. After a ten minute hold I talked to a guy. He put me on another three minute hold and came back and could not have given a crap about being polite or that he was not going to do anything for me. Further when ordering, they said they had the part on the shelf. Still waiting for a message saying it is sent or will be there on.... Consistently uncaring and disingenuous and slow. I am sure it’s someone else’s fault.
They all about the $ n not customers.. wasted my time driving 30miles because one the guys said they had something I wanted in stock.. when I arrive he said he only has a used one. Wasted my time already but since I was already there n it’s from a store I decided to buy. Next day I installed it n part broke on me. I called the store voicing my concern and a guy told me he was going to talk to the manager and get me back.. been over 2 months and haven’t heard anything.. I called a couple weeks ago to follow up but it seems like they are avoiding me.. bad place to shop!
Terrible customer service. No communication. They just take your money and radio silence afterwards. Always blame manufacturers they are carrying for their blame.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service from your company. This is my 2nd and certainly looking like my last order. When I sent emails seeking information about my first order they went unanswered (5 emails). I waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time I called (3 calls). When I tried ordering on the phone from your shop in Tacoma this week your employee was clueless about basic suspension lift information. It was so frustrating that I ended the call. I ended up placing the order online because the price was hard to beat. Despite your website showing that the items were in stock and would be shipped out the next day my items still haven’t shipped. I spoke with a customer service rep today and he said some items may not ship for several more weeks. I’m trying to schedule an install date, but can’t do that if I don’t know when my items will arrive. I have spent $4,000 in the past 2 months with your company and regret not taking my business elsewhere. I’d gladly pay more to have better customer service and parts that ship when they’re supposed to.

i ordered a Smittybuilt Safari top in mid Feburary and was told it was in stock in another store and would be in Atlanta in a few days. I went by the store around the first of March to check on delivery and was told the top was in but they would have to locate it and would call me. After several days, with no call, I stopped by the store again to follow up, I was told that the top was damaged and would have to be reordered ?? I still was given no definite date when to expect delivery.( very poor communications from the staff at the counter) The top finally got to the store around April the 8th, and I arranged for 4 Wheel Parts to install it. The installation was poorly done, with one of the gaskets being torn and the front clamps left loose. I returned to the store and they adjusted the clamps, with no inspection of the gasket. I returned to the store in early May about the torn gasket and talked to the store manager.He advised that a gasket would have to be ordered, and he would call me when the gasket arrived. I received a call on 5/21 that the gasket was ordered. As of the first of July I have not been contacted about the gasket replacement. My opinion of this company is very poor. They offer NO customer service. I will NEVER do business with this company again. The people behind the counter are not very customer friendly, almost like it's a bother for you to be there. DO NOT SHOP AT 4 WHEEL PARTS, YOU MAY BE AS DISAPPOINTED AS I AM !!!!
I purchased a Warn Winch and some accessories (Warn Relocation Kit & PIAA Fog Lights) from 4 Wheel Parts. They were all to eager to help me on the phone with pre-sales questions and while taking the order and my money; I was given a delivery date and told where the products would be shipped from. I received part of the order one day late, the other part after another day or two, requiring me to reschedule the installation. I was not notified of the split shipment. The Warn Relocation Kit I received had clearly been purchased and returned - some of the hardware was missing, along with the instructions and packaging. I called to get that on the record but was transferred to a number that never answered (hours later). It took me three days of emails - including photos of the jumble of parts and the re-sealed box - to get someone to call me back and assure me that if I needed to return that item the situation would be noted in their records. When i did return it, along with a set of Fog Lights several days later that did not fit my bumper I checked repeatedly for a credit to my Paypal account. Only after more emails and sending them USPS proof of delivery documents, I got a PARTIAL credit, with no explanation or notice to my email. This was 22 DAYS after the first return and 15 DAYS after the second. I truly believe that if I had not sent the Proof of Delivery and demanded action I would never have received anything. I am still trying to extract an explanation for why I was not given a full refund. WARN products are MAP priced and you can buy them anywhere for exactly the same price. Do not repeat my mistake -- buy from a more reputable, customer service oriented dealer. Wish I had read reviews before buying from 4WP. Shame on me for that.
I just went to pick up and have tires installed on my FJ. Ordered online and just wanted to pick up. The guy on the phone told me they mounted and balanced and said to come down. I get there and immediately remembered why i haven't shopped there in a few years. Nothing but mall crawlers and tattooed punks that have no customer service. Stood there with two guys not assisting anyone for a few minutes talking about their matching tattoos. Spoke up and asked if they worked there. Few words back and forth...told them how they just reminded me why i haven't shopped there in awhile. Took their sweet time to get my tires which i chose not to have done there and got out of there. I wont be going back and i will not shop online with them again. Punch of lil punks
I have been trying to get an "Intant " GC for my daughter's boyfriend for 3 days now. Placed order on Saturday - had a typo in the email address called today on hold for 45 mins finally spoke to someone who put an "urgent" ticket in. 6 hours later still no emailed Gift card to my correct email Called again have been on hold for 25+ mins This is RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER SHOP THEM AGAIN! Have spent almost 3 hours on something that should have taken 5 mins!!!! they have charged my account but still no GC!!!

Will never come back and will not recommend anyone to the same experience I had. The employees go thru your glove compartment and who know what else, they messed with my alpine radio and had to pay again to reset it. Got an alignment and the parts the sold were defective ,brought it back and was charged additional parts and labor, never again..
Just got a new truck and went to the West Palm Beach location and talked to Pat. He was very knowledgeable and helped me order a bed cover that would work with my bicycle rack mounted in the bed of my truck. It only took 2 days to get the cover and had them also do an alignment for me while the truck was there. I brought my own specs that I wanted the truck aligned to and it was done perfectly. 100% highly recommend this store.
Ordered a truck top tent. Waited a few days and then called to see why my order was still processing. They said it was on backorder. Never got anything saying that it was on backorder until I called. Cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They were very vague about a refund on the phone and never sent me a cancellation email or money into my bank account. They hung up on me every time I called. This is after sitting on hold for a half hour each time. I will never shop here or recommend them to anyone, ever. Thanks for nothing. If the entire customer service department fell into a hole and died, I would feel no inkling of remorse. May God have mercy on their thieving souls.

This review is for the Santa Ana, CA location. 5/6/19: I put down my $2,000 deposit (over 50%) 2 months ago for suspension, wheels and tires. Was told a week to 10 days from when I put down the deposit to have it installed. I was then told it would be a few weeks for the rear shocks to come in. After a few weeks, after calling, I was told the end of the month. After a month, after calling, I was told another month. I should have pulled my order at that point but decided to be patient and see if these guys could pull it off. 2 months later and they said they had everything in stock except the passenger rear shock. My decision was to have everything else installed minus the rear shocks which I would do on my own when they came in. I made an appointment to have everything installed, which they said they had it all in stock. I switched my work schedule and dropped off my truck, excited to at least get 75% of what I ordered finally installed. Got a call a few hours later with some "bad news". Now the method rims are the wrong ones and they need to have the correct ones delivered tomorrow. A few $20 uber rides to and from and I still have to do it all over again tomorrow. I can't wait to be done with these guys. Never ever again. 5/6/19 Afternoon: Picked up my truck and noticed they installed the one rear shock that they had in stock instead of waiting for the backordered shock to come in. Now I have 2 different rear shocks on the rear. My tire sensors are not reading now and have a dash warning light. There's no reason for this as they were to do nothing with my stock wheels and tires. 5/7/19 Here it is the day after. No phone calls as usual. I called to confirm the wheels have been delivered and guess what?! Now they "should be" delivered tomorrow. Left a voicemail with corporate store operations. Hoping to get someone involved in the company that cares at least a little about customer service.
I ordered rear struts for my Honda CRV. They were listed on the site as ready to ship meaning they were in stock. I even reached out to them in advance to confirm that the parts were in stock and they said they had a total of three ready to be shipped. I only needed two so we were good to go. I placed the order within 2 minutes of speaking with them. Two days later I receive an email stating that the parts are out of stock. I tried calling and after waiting 25 minutes on hold I was hung up on without ever being able to speak with anyone. I immediately cancelled the order and received another email stating that I would receive a refund in 5-10 days. These guys are total liars and scammers. They use a low price to get your money and then they tie your money up probably collecting interest on it. No doubt this place is probably a front for some underground illegal business, probably money laundering. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
I ordered for spacers for my Land Cruiser, I’ve verified with them that they were all correct. They where not And while waiting for a refund was a disaster because they did not have cash on hand nor did they have the part required. When I explained to them when I needed They stated everything was correct until we went to install. At that point we realize they did not do their research. Thank God for cruisergear in sandy and neck with legen4x4. Without them I would be up a creek. Four wheel parts was an able to issue a refund for over a day until they had cash in the drawer. I’ve never been so disappointed we’re had such discouragement and the builder I really wanted them to help me with. Stay away from them they don’t know what they’re doing
I bought several hundred dollars worth of parts from this company. I need to return one piece. There customer service is the worst in the industry. I was put on hold for over 2 hours no one could help me i was transferred 6 times and my call was disconnected 6 times.no one called me back. On the 3rd day of trying customer service. I was told no problem I'll start your paper work and email you its been over 1 month and still nothing. The worst place to buy any thing do not use them.

Aug 30,2019Horrible customer service. Sold me parts the were different colors and said I should always check part numbers. To this day you can still buy the fake part on their website. They took no blame for showcasing faulty parts and made no effort to remediate the error.
