Apr 03,2025I finally just went to your store after trying to call them & make an appointment on 3 different day UNSUCCESSFULLY. All numbers go to your national line. I was transferred to locations other than the one I wanted 3 or 4 times. The last time yesterday I got an unavailable woman, I left my name DOB & phone #. Still no reply over 24 hrs later. I was treated great at the store today. I guess I'll just go there instead of trying to call in the future. Too bad you have bought up all the cpap places around here, to offer such BAD customer service on the phone. Store visit on 4-02 FIVE STARS at the store. 1 on the phone

Apr 03,2025Brya was thorough and made sure that everyone's mask fitted before we were released. The only downside is that when I looked at my pillow refills today, they were all large size rather than small.

Apr 02,2025Very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My tech Courtney was AWESOME. He didn't mind taking the time to educate me on the new machine. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable . I left with more knowledge about my machine than when I came in and I so appreciate that. 😃👍.

Apr 02,2025The young man that delivered was excellent. The office was not informative nor were we made aware of shortages of "D" tank supplies and that we needed to take larger tanks and get a rolling stand for tank. Had been out of portable O2 for 3 days before being somewhat resupplied. Dealing with office has never been04012025 pleasant.

Apr 02,2025The bottom line is that this company is horrible. The people at Fletcher Medical Supplies are the best ( Kayla). I need oxygen, and I was on hold for 45 minutes on Tuesday, 3-31-25, and did not get through before your employees left for the day. I drove to the distribution center, where I was cared for and cared for. It's not my first time driving over there for help.
