I reported a problem Friday afternoon and the technician was out Monday early afternoon to replace my device. He was friendly and professional and arrived when he said he would.

Amanda made my experience fantastic! I appreciated that I was able to get text messages to prepare for my visit, including the virtual mask fitting. Amanda really was the best part of my experience because she was so clear and helpful guiding me in my fitting and education for my CPAP. It made all the difference for my experience - she is a gem.
Glenn was very nice and took his time explaining how to use the machine and answered all of our questions. It was also helpful that he himself has sleep apnea and uses a CPAP machine so he could use real life examples of how to operate and clean the machine.
So far it has been a very good experience except for the first night. I got a call from my sleep coach two night in to find out how things were going. She explained a couple of things that I had questions on and reminded me that Anna is only a phone call away.
The gentleman who worked with me was very helpful, understanding, and kind. I really appreciated his explanations and instructions.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and experts in their field
The technician was helpful and polite. It was a little rushed and he kept mentioning how he doesn't get commission, not sure what that was all about. Overall, the machine is pretty straightforward in regards to operating. Would like paperwork to confirm out of pocket costs with what my insurance projected, will have to see where that ends up.
Ms Courtney with the Nashville area office is always so professional when she comes with our supplies for the month or to adjust the settings on our bipap for my son. JW

Rob was very pleasant and prompt. He went over how to use of oxygen and tubing. And let me know respiratory would delivery my cpap machine.

Justin was great, called before showing up, when he arrived he was professional, courteous, and explained everything. It didn't take long to get the bed set up, explained how everything worked.
Everyone was super nice and helpful, only have 4 stars because the equipment initially delivered was pediatric instead of adult, and i had no way of knowing until the hospital PT recognized it. They swapped it right out though, with no problem.
Doctor requested Walker on Tuesday, late afternoon, and it was delivered by noon on Wednesday. Driver called with arrival time and was prompt and professional.
