I can only give a 5 star rating as AGL have always been positive and been able to satisfy my enquiries. As a rule I don't any problems with them at all.
Good customer care
Ported 2 android phones from Optus to AGL. Everything worked perfectly with no loss of service during the changeover.
I was with Alinta for many years but when I found myself a bit light on cashflow there was little or no regard for loyalty or changed circumstance so they just kicked me down the stairs. It was only after I moved that they came pleading to me to stay (several times) however being a loyal person once that loyalty is compromised I find it difficult to go backwards irrespective of the lucre offered. AGL now has my loyalty and my circumstances have righted themselves so I expect to be a loyal customer for many many years.
A bit early as I have not received my first bill.
As far as we're aware the changeover has been quick and effective. We haven't got the 1st bill yet so we'll see how it goes from here.

Prior to receiving this email I would have scored AGL Witt a 4 * however you have increased rates again, with in months of the previous hike . We have been with AGL for more years than I can recall, obviously loyalty is not taken into account.
We were not told there would be extra charges for switching to a smart meter. This does not make sense since you will save money on sending a person out to physically read the meter.
