Initially we had a few problems redeeming 1000 dollars from my in credit power bill but with combined help from 3 helpful agl staff members the problem was easily fixed
I have been a customer of AGL for more than 8years and find them excellent and competitive for my power and gas. Recently I got my mobile service transferred and have no problem. I find you get what you pay for. I recommend them as a helpful ,reliable and honest company.

I am not happy that AGL can raise their prices but lower their solar feed in tariff. W hen I first signed up with AGL I was getting 20c a kilowatt then it dropped to 15c a kilowatt and now I receive 12c a kilowatt so while you raise your prices I loose by decreases in feed in tariffs. It is NOT right and something should be done about it. Thank you

I just updated my plan with AGL and am pleased and AGL was most helpful. it also means at this time of soaring energy prices I am saving money.

Please follow other companies leads by bringing your call centres back to Australia. It gives Aussies jobs and you can talk to people who are familiar with the Australian electric landscape.

My bills have been low ever since we had the metre changed to a smart metre
A notice to turn the main switch off at the meter position would have made it seamless to get the electricity on. The result was quick in the end. The longest part is going thru the auto directing system
My previous electricity retailer’s rates were about to skyrocket so I changed to AGL and also decided to change to AGL for internet and mobile accounts too. So glad I did!
I have an AGL account for electricity & gas. After acquiring another property I also connected with AGL for electricity, with an existing account the connection was trouble free, incidentally it was pleasing to speak to some one in Australia
Agl turned off the power in the wrong house. We are waiting to be connected again. Must say only blip we have had with them over a number of years.
I no longer receive emailed receipts have rung a number of times but still no answer - not good enough
