While they eventually understood the situation I was in, they had initially taken their time to answer my phone call. Then we came to an agreement that meant I wouldn’t have to pay as much fortnightly for my Electricity, which is fantastic! Thank you!
Reliable, great no problems at all
We have been with AGL since we married in 1966 and have had no complaints about service. As did our Parents before us. We are loyal clients and don’t like flitting from one company to another.
Explained well in simple terms
AGL were very helpful and informative. They worked out the best plan for me to what the household uses.
I rang up to change my bill. I gave the guy our meter reading last week and i am still waiting for my new bill.

I used to be an AGL customer many years ago but I changed because the administration was awful. Since returning I have found that the prices are competitive and my solar input achieves higher rate of return than anyone else. Admin staff have been helpful and pleasant to deal with. They must have a new manager methinks. gg

AGL has always given me good service and competitive price
I am currently an AGL customer and have not to date felt the need to change energy providers. AGL offers very competitive rates and has a variety of plans for both gas and electricity. The feedback offered via their customer website is excellent and the Peak Energy rewards programme is innovative and can save you additional dollars off your energy bill.
AGL has always provided advice and help when we have asked for assistance.

Jun 07,2022Payment for a Gas bill & Electrisity bill were paid a week in advance of the due date using EF. These were 2 entirely different transactions with 2 corresponding seperate receipt numbers. After the due date I was contacted by someone from AGL ( possibly a call centre ) saying there was an outstanding payment,after spending 20 min. on hold & a further 10 of explanation I assumed things were sorted out, BUT no !! last week I was notified by a collection agency that if an amount outstanding was not paid immediately further action would be taken. Forward 2 days & a further 25 minutes being shuffled around on the phone I THINK these unnecessary mistakes were finalised. I pride myself on paying bills before the due date & a credit check would verify this statement. At this stage I will be comparing future suppliers costs of these services. Sincerely Robert Jones
