Established in 2006, All Weather Roofline are a supply and install company, providing the full service from start to finish. This means that we are solely responsible for our surveyors, products and the installation itself meaning that we are able to quality assure every step of the journey from initial consultation through to fitment and aftercare.
Starting with a team of expert surveyors, who visit your property and perform a detailed report on what will be needed for the installation, All Weather Roofline work to the highest industry standards. We also have a customer service department who deal with any aftercare issues. Our products also carry a 10 year warranty.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, value for money and the satisfaction of our customers. And makes my whole day bad. Miscommunications and misunderstandings happen in everyone's life... I hope I don't have to deal with you anymore.....

Feb 19,2025Only gave a 4 because of sales information not totally accurate to installation procedures nuisance telephone sales which may i says after speaking to Paul was sorted immediately plus incorrect name sent to phone of installation technician on a positive note the team Conner and Joe that carried out the work were very professional willing to answer any questions that I asked very polite clean and tidy all in all very happy ( awaiting first heavy down pour ) thanks again

Feb 17,2025We noticed the house opposite having their roofline, gutters and downpipes being done last September and thought what an efficient and well organised team they were. It was a job that we also needed doing as high winds had loosened our roof tiles on the gable ends so when a member of the team came across whilst I was busy in the garage he commented on the poor state of our soffits, I agreed to let them give us a price. I'm glad I did and found it could be affordable but only the following January, which they agreed to hold the price for a year although I agreed that January would also suit as funds would be available by then. It was very cold with snow on the ground when teams began to arrive and within three days, the job was done and the scaffolding taken away. It was a job well done and has transformed the look of the house. I would also recommend this company for their efficiency and dedication whilst working in extremely cold conditions.

Feb 17,2025I would have given no stars if that had been an option. Ordered a new front door, but changed my mind, and cancelled the following day as is my right, using their cancellation policy. Over one month later, numerous phone calls and emails and still no refund of the deposit. I have now contacted the Ombudsman. Do not use this company, if this is how they treat their customers before any work is done, I dread to think what it would be like if you had issues following an installation.

Feb 11,2025I was lucky enough to be the winner of a free front door with AWR. Despite having a free service, the team were incredibly attentive start to finish. We decided to pay a little bit to get the panelling done at the side as well as it's not something we could really afford to do as a whole down the line. Greatly appreciated for the booking team, quotes team, lovely lad who fitted it and Luke from the media team who all clearly care about what they do. The quality is also fab, really proud of my new door!

From initial contact through Salesforce, head office to fitters everyone has been extremely helpful, polite and definitely not pushy or demanding in any way. Feb 06,2025We had AWR install 11 windows and both a front and back door, the two installers were polite, industrious guys who explained exactly how the job would be done, and did exactly that. The level of professionalism was very high and the care they took to reduce any mess was high. Unfortunately there was two windows which had cracks, but these were replaced within 3 working days again by a very polite guy. Good company to deal with.NN8298

Feb 04,2025I strongly advise against buying windows from All Weather Roofline. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, they arrived unprepared for installation despite being informed well in advance about potential delays due to pavement works. This led to an extended and highly inconvenient installation period. To make matters worse, they made an error with the lintel, which significantly disrupted the project and resulted in additional costs and inconvenience on my end. Although they acknowledged the mistake and waived the extra cost, the overall impact on the project was severe. Furthermore, the installation team left scuff marks on my walls and dirty footprints on my new carpets. Despite providing photographic evidence and requesting remedial action, these issues remain unresolved. The most frustrating part has been the ongoing issues with my windows. Despite calling them six weeks ago and being repeatedly assured that someone would come out, no one has shown up at the agreed times. Twice they turned up unannounced at 9am instead of the agreed time of 2-4pm, and three times they promised to arrive first thing in the morning but never did. Each time I took a day off work and called throughout the day, only to have the time pushed back until the engineer finally called to cancel. Post-installation, the quality of the windows along with the customer service have been very poor. They really couldn’t be any slower to respond to queries or concerns. There has been issues with seals breaking, water leaking in through the windows and now a piece of glass has suddenly cracked by itself. It takes weeks nearly months for engineers to come out and inspect. Decided it was easier to get window repair people over who charge fairer prices and give better quality service. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I felt that the windows were overpriced and low on quality. Save yourself the headache and avoid All Weather Roofline, I wish I did.

Feb 03,2025From ordering to fitting of my front door, all processes were carried out efficiently. I cannot fault their customer service. All staff I met were passionate about their roles, skilful and respectful. Sadly, in today's world, such service is rare. I would definitely use AWR again.

They were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. The doors look amazing and the guys were brilliant. I could not fault them, I would definitely recommend them.

Feb 22,2025They were fast and efficient however I can’t say that for the scaffolders, the work has been completed for 3 days and we still can’t access the drive due to the scaffold around 3 sides of our house. The work carried out appears to be good though, new fascia’s, soffits and gutters
