It took 10 days to get a SIM card as Royal Mail only deliver once per week maximum. Stop using Royal Mail and use a reliable delivery service. We couldn't wait 10 days and drove to TESCO and now use their services.
You’re online platform doesn’t work you can’t login. You can’t do anything because it’s always down and not working or registering Sim cards. Really poor system won’t be using you again. You need to get better. IT and get your login in system and registration of SIM cards sorted

Your customer care team have been very helpful and responsive to my emails, but I still can not use the phone as I can not get an activation code and am still awaiting the transfer of my previous balance.
I created an Asda Mobile account to order a SIM online, but when I received the SIM and tried to link it to my account it wouldn't work. Tried many times over a few days, via the app and the website, but it just didn't work. I'm just glad I ordered a PAYG SIM and hadn't put any credit on it. So Asda lost my business.

I am extremely disappointed with Asda Mobile. They have hidden charges that are completely unreasonable. I was charged £32 for a 20-minute incoming call, despite having set my spending limit to £0. When I contacted customer service, which is based in Egypt, they were unhelpful and kept repeating that the charges were valid. This experience has been awful, and I would not recommend Asda Mobile to anyone.
For over 6 months my monthly recurring bundle will not automatically renew. I have to telephone them, go through security , pay with a debit card and hear their explanation as to what the problem is. Falsely being promised that by next month the problem will be rectified, after blaming my bank. Advising me to delete and re add my payment card. Still the problem exists. Even if I top up manually I cannot purchase a bundle manually, because a “you currently have a existing bundle being processed for renewal” Then of course if I use my phone I end up paying 15p per minute , which takes the money from my top up balance, so there is not enough funds available to buy a bundle.😡😡😡😡

Had an issue with my contract sim, spoken to 4 agents, sent 3 sims until now still not working.
Great pricing. Nice app that allows control and visibility of the service. Sometimes the app can be confusing when certain things get out of sync. Also my roaming data did not work abroad without some system tweaks on my phone. However the helpdesk is absolutely excellent, short wait time and easy to speak to someone helpful.
When I had to ring your customer services for help they could not have been more obliging, sorted everything out skillfully and efficiently.
Can't verify my number, can't log into my account via App, rang customer services twice, told to try in a couple of days Still not working almost 2 weeks in, do not recommend and customer services are useless.
Couldn’t register the SIM card online, it’s now in the bin. 🗑️
