Your send authoriation code doesnt work
SIM card inserted but website wouldn’t send auth code, had to call to get it activated and setup regular payment. Still getting repeating emails saying I’m not registered. Will need to call customer services yet again, awful service
Overall the switch from EE to Asda has been easy to set up. Managed to import existing number and all on time. New vodaphone coverage good , but not great for 5g. Tends to be 4g most of the time in Hull.
I needed a low use, low cost number for occasional use. SIM arrived quickly, loaded the SIM with £5 credit. Within a day £4 had been used, but I had made no calls or text. Sent a note to customer service asking where it had gone as usage not visible on line, took over 3 days to reply and then they wanted to send texts for security. So I still have no answer. Cannot recommend this as a service at all.
Painful trying to register phone online & by phone. Thankfully, after about 5-days of trying I got an extremely helpful young lady who sorted everything out👍
Changed over from the utterly useless 3 mobile and what a difference. Call quality is far better, data download speeds are running at an average of 60-90 mbs compared to 3s 0.5-3 mbs and its half the price. The only thing that prevented 5 stars was having to wait nearly 2 weeks for the sim card.

Extremely well priced SIM call/text inclusive plan with generous data allowance (any unused even rolls over to next month). Plus Euro roaming included. All this with wide coverage on Vodafone network. Who, incidentally were charging me over twice as much for far less data AND approx £30 per year on top for roaming on two trips abroad per year. Couldn't be happier having made the move and transferred my number to Asda - that too was very quick and easy to do.
Unable to log into account on both website and app.
Pretty straightforward and a very good price for what I'm getting
Although I rang for assistance in porting my number and activating the Sim, it failed to do so and I had to do it myself. There has been a charge applied to my sim on the day that I put it into my phone and the charges for my plan appear to have started on the day I ordered the sim not when it had arrived or was used for the first time.
The activation code never came through
Worst network with even worse customer service. Stay away. Bought a bundle from them and was not allowed to change it less that 8 hours after starting it. Read all the small print and then stay away anyway as their customer service is non existent.

Dec 30,2024Asked to cancel within the cooling off period.They keep emailing to ask for more information and that it’ll take 72 hours to investigate each time I’ve asked for confirmation of the cancellation yet I have given them my name, address, customer ref and phone number of the sim they supplied They’ve now tried to set up a direct debit and the sim card wasn’t even activated.
