I've rung customer service a few times and every time they've been so helpful. Always answered straight away too.

I was able to talk to a human almost immediately when I needed help. The help given to me was very friendly. Asda price has saved me money too. I am a very happy new customer. Thanks Asda.

Took out a 24 SIM contract for unlimited text and data, three months afterwards cannot log into account starting bad get away 404. Tried everything started on internet plus called customer service still no help nothing they can do only be told they working on issue. Now I have to call Asda every month to make monthly payments because when I logging into account only with page pop's up 404 bad request. Never again will I take SIM card deal with ASDA mobile.

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently ordered a free Pay As You Go SIM card with the intention of switching to a Pay Monthly long-term contract. However, I encountered an issue where my account shows a "suspended" notice, which is quite confusing as a new customer. It seems there was a mix-up between my current account and an account I had 2–3 years ago for a short-term Pay As You Go SIM with the same number. I retained the number using a PAC code to ensure continuity. Despite completing a lengthy and tedious switching process with ASDA Mobile and ASDA Groceries, the identity verification process conducted by your third-party provider was unsuccessful. This is puzzling, as I have held contracts with O2, Vodafone, Hyperoptic, and Three over the past three years without any issues. Due to these complications, I ultimately decided to switch back to Vodafone and sign a long-term Pay Monthly contract, contrary to my original plan to use ASDA Mobile. I hope that ASDA Mobile can address these issues and streamline its processes to prevent similar difficulties for other customers. With such affordable options, I believe ASDA Mobile has great potential if these challenges can be resolved. Best regards, Omid

Easy to get a contract via online and easy to transfer the number over if needed. Still seeing how good Vodafone is but so far ok. For price its worth giving it a go

When the sim arrived it was up and working in no time. I am now able to use my new (refurbished) phone. I have always been a pay as you go with another network provider.I love been able to message and call. It was easy to get the sim deal just right for me.

As I don’t use a lot of data Asda Mobile offered a fantastic 12 or 24 month deal along with 5 gig of data using a well known company (Vodafone) for only £5 a month. Both myself and my wife changed over from O2 who only wanted to increase our monthly payment and told us they offered 10 or 20 gig of data for £10 ( going up each year by 3.9% + an unknown amount) and as we both use less than 1 gig per month Asda Mobile was an obvious choice.

took many visits to Asda shop over 3-4 days to eventually get the sim working and the download speed is very poor since purchase end of November today alone took over 40 minutes to download a 450 mb app from microsoft with nothing else running otherwise it would just fail not happy will definatle be looking elsewhere in 2025

Asda mobile is pretty good unlimited for £24 every 30 days is probably one of the cheapest and it runs on Vodafone highly recommended 👌
