Not a good start only put sim card in Christmas day and everything done over wi fi. 18.5gb left out of 25gb when mobile data never been switched on??????
Purchase of plan was easy and choice options good. Quick sim delivery. Migration of phone number using PAC code worked as it should but only gripe was entering PAC code on App did not give a warm feeling it had been accepted. Didn't see the confirmation email so ended up calling the help desk who were very good. Don't do as I did and enter PAC code on a Friday, I had to wait till next working day (Monday) for number transfer to complete. All good and coverage for me is good so far.
I ordered a device on Friday 13th and am yet to have any confirmation of the device being delivered or about a refund I have repeatedly requested. It was a Christmas present

Ordered sim only package but nothing arrived. Multiple phone calls to customer service who constantly say they will get back to me. Shocking service.
The process of opening an account with Asda mobile was a hassle, first of unlike most sim providers who provide a next day service they take up to 5 working days for your sim to arrive which is no big problem until it doesn't arrive. Then you get different excuses and ways to remedy the situation from different customer advisers which just adds to the overall confusion. I did get it all sorted eventually but it was a hassle I could have done without and would of had it not been for the price they were offering. So in short if you want a good deal and are willing to but up with the hassle fine if not look elsewhere.
Awful. I am writing this on Christmas Day and my bundle has failed to renew for the 7th time. I have complained 7 times and these idiots canβt sort it out. No calling friends and family at Christmas for me π£
It's early days for me but so far so good. I require occasional EU roaming and this seems to be working fine on my PAYG sim. Hopefully this will continue with the merger of 3.
Iten did not arrive on time and was without service for 1-2 days. Not great service for a first time customer.

Utterly useless! Terrible Data signal everywhere in Cumbria. Signed up to a 24 month contract after testing a sim card prior to going on holiday for 2 weeks, only to return to zero signal anywhere I need it to work such as home and work. Called Asda on multiple occasions to be told there is a known issue in CA14 and CA20 postcode and surrounding areas which has an unknown fix date but no, as I've been out of the country for 2 weeks I can't cancel my contract despite having no service! Well I can, but only if I pay Asda over Β£200 for the privilege of having no contracted service being provided. It's now been over 4 months and is the service fixed (NO IT ISN'T) and guess what, we still can't provide you with a fix date. So meantime I'm now having to pay both Asda and another mobile company just so I can use my phone.
Online service was easy to use and the information was clear to understand.
