I ordered 4 x pay monthly sims on 04/12, the first one arrived without any issues, sim cards 2 & 3 I had to phone and chase after more than a week of waiting, sim card 4 I cancelled on 19/12 as it just never arrived. Very frustrated and disappointed and will probably move the 3 x active sim cards back to Tesco Mobile as their sim card arrived in two days (replacement for sim 4)

Was setting up a phone for my dad . So wanted app on my phone but number as his . Very simple and lady I spoke to was really kind and competent . So far so good . Pay as you go kept swallowing his money . A Β£4 a month sim is just what we needed. Highly recommend.

Very glad I switched to pay as you go with Asda mobile. It was the cheapest sim only I could find. Keeping my number was easy too. If I want to switch to a 12/24 month contract, I can do that easily too and there's no mid contract price hikes! Would recommend Asda mobile.

Very disappointing, I only ordered a sim and took age's to be delivered, I've literally paid for a month but had no sim despite numerous emails from asda saying it will be delivered in max 5 working days. In 11 months time I will be finished with asda mobile and never use again.

I could not log into my account - eventually managed it and then the code was not sent despite trying over 3 days to make the system work! I eventually gave up, threw the sim out and staying with O2.

The process to get my package on line was relatively straightforward. When we did have a query your member of staff was very polite and extremely helpful and answered our query fully.

If I could give 0 stars then that is what it would be. Helped my Aunty who is in a care home sort out her sim on 5 occasions. We set up a recurring payment and every single month this did not happen. So my aunty was stressed not being able to make calls to her family . Everytime we called they checked the card nam and address and every time this was correct and everytime promised this would be set up. Eventually moved her to giffgaff and guess what payments made every month. So no idea what the problem was with Asda. They could not get it right over 5 months. Edit - Responding to Asda mobile below. As stated in the review my Aunty has now been moved to Giffgaff so no need to contact you as we tried on a monthly basis for 4 or 5 months trying to sort out the recurring payment but everytime it failed. No issue with the card at all. Now payments going through OK with giffgaff.
