Never received my text & talk sim I paid £4 had my email saying I had paid , emailed customer services did t get any where , phone call after phone call , went round in circles , …my advice stick to a company you know , gone back to EE payg would rather pay a bit more knowing you aren’t going to get ripped off , how many people are doing this and not getting there sim after paying !

I ordered a sim for a new phone, it was dispatched apparently but nothing arrived, it was ordered again, and again nothing arrived, and customer services said I could pick it up for 50p in any Asda store. I went along and they had none in stock. Completely useless all round.

I wanted to transfer my current number to asda, for that reason I bought asda's sim card, however I could not register the new sim for some reason. I tried two different emails to register, click on forget password,its been more than three days yet have not received anylink or could success to register. I am not happy with service.

I have had little interest in mobile phones until recently when my family got me an Asda mobile. I have been using it after having it a while. I am still a little nervous but I am allowed I suppose as I am 90 years old. My family have been pretty patient and At last slowly getting used to it. All in all, I find it a source of safety as well as the usual good things. Well done to your Company. Mrs Vera Beattie

I have called your Customer Service team twice to help activate my sim and register for online account without success! Still trying on my own which isn’t helpful!

Terrible app could not link my number so unable to transfer my number. Called customer care twice in the end cancelled and stayed with current provider

Absolute joke of a sim card getting it registered, still unable to now. I spent literally hours and hours trying to register it and set up and even had long phone calls with your help line. Still can't access my account and have no interest in pursuing any further contact with Asda mobile. I'm sick of wasting so much time with this joke of a provider.

Phone works fine and price is remarkable, problem is no online management, keep trying for an activation code to link phone to account which is never received. Agents advise they will raise it as a technical issue but nothing happens going forward.

I would love to score Zero stars, because one star unfortunately suggests that there was something good, there was not. Nearly three weeks in, 1 operator call and 1 email and still not sorted a basic fundamental operation. I would recommend using anyone other than this outfit, I am sorry to say, I don't usually leave reviews but they have let me down immensely.

Could not activate the link between the phone and account to be able to use the app. Called numerous times to get fixed but just told the problem was their end and their was working on it but they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Been waiting over two weeks now

Trying to register the phone was a nightmare and it still won’t allow me to do it. I had to call customer services and they did it over the phone but my account is still asking me to register. Not sure if I have a regular payment set up or if it will run out at end of the month.

Well after ordering sim and 5 emails to customer service seems there was a problem at the checkout and my order didn’t process correctly so I was advised to go back and try again. Sadly their website must have a problem as every time I go to to checkout I get an error screen saying this page has moved. Sorry Asda Mobile you website is terrible and your customer service agents are even worse why it took 5 emails and not one to say there was a problem is beyond me. You don’t deserve the one star. TERRIBLE

Absolutely ridiculous. Not received code so can’t see anything in account. This has been for 4 weeks. Trying to cancel SIM card as keep getting fobbed off and told to wait No Activation code

Customer service was top notch which supported the very good deal which was offers. On various phone calls to Asda mobile I was treated as an already valued customer.

Same issue as every one else - cannot link account to phone because they cannot send an activation code. Same explanations from pleasant help desk during many calls over three weeks. At the expiry of the first 4 week period I am off elsewhere. I thought that maybe they should stick to supermarkets but then I remembered I have stopped using them as well......... Update - ASDA keep telling me to reach out and they will help. I do and they can't. Every time I reach out the helpdesk they try to send me an activation could; fail to do so then say they will escalate the issue and nothing changes. Looks like they have a big problem with this issue. I have now moved to another provider.

I called to request my old number to be moved to the sim, the agent said that’s it done will be live tomorrow. I waited till 3pm the next day surprise hadn’t moved. At that point my old allowance was used up, so had no mobile data. I completed the transfer online next day I have my old number.
