Have been trying for days. No activation code sent, a complete waste of time. I have already phoned and been told that there is a fault your end, or you are upgrading etc., etc., and you don't know when it will be fixed. Whatever comes into your employee's head at the time, I think.

Data is good most of the time but occasionally drops off which can be very irritating

Most of the time i have no problem with the company. But some members of staff need to be retrained in how to speak to customers as a guy i spoke to today wasnt very helpful. I had to hang up on him.

A month ago I called as a mobile and asked for my card details to be removed and any auto renew taken him off my account. I frankly don't trust as the mobile to hold my card details. I prefer to make one time manual payments every month. I was assured that this had been done and all my card details scrubbed. I was surprised to receive a message telling me that my auto renew had failed. I checked and found my card details still there! I noticed that at least now there is a way to manually remove them myself without calling in. I did so again and tried to top up again. I kept getting an error telling me the bundle wasn't available because i had an auto renewal processing. The money that I'd loaded to use the bundle then got used up on data. I couldnt use the money to buy what I wanted, and the money was wasted. Asda retains your card details without consent, and then doesnt delete them when you ask.

The app/website is nearly Impossible to access, I'm lucky if I Get 2 bars signal don't get 5g Internet

I have been unable to link the SIM to the account. The activation code never comes. Other family members have had the same experience. In ASDA stores the SIM Only pack has been discontinued. I wonder if it is something to do with that.

My call was answered very quickly. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and patient. She set up my account and transferred my phone number. A good experience.
