May 03,2024I ordered tyres from asda on Friday morning and they booked me to for next day fitting what was really important for me , after I paid I receive a phone call they cannot be fitted tomorrow and they can be fitted next week on Monday, what was not good for me at all! try to get my money back through costumer service but they couldn't guarantee I will get my money the same day and was told I should read t&c before I ordered them, so thanks for asda tyres I have no tyres and no money to buy a new one! So have to wait until Tuesday for new tyres and had to cancel my bank holiday trip!

Easy website to use, ordered my tyre 8pm (while the recovery service loaded my car ) Asdatyres website booked with a local garage to me for the next day fitting- all sorted in 10 minutes online on my phone. Great price paid. The recovery lorry dropped my car on my selected garage forecourt & I posted my keys through the letterbox that evening. The garage fitted my new tyre the next day earlier than planned so I collected my car by midday. Amazing!

May 02,2024It was an odd experience! Whilst the staff were working they had a gentle man asking them their likes, dislikes ect on working for the company! Delaying the job in hand . Also for the puncture price on the tyre was quoted at 3 different prices in the space of minutes.. it was Russian roulette as to what we would pay ! Surely it’s a standard fee . Staff were friendly as always and the job was done .

May 01,20240 stars placed an order, paid via paypal and never received any confirmation email, next day money were taken from my bank account and they claim they did not received the payment and asked me to chase paypal to sort it out even though i gave them the exact transaction ID which says clearly the transaction has been completed. placed another order this time paid via debit card, booked the fitter and when i got there they said they are fully booked and can take me after two days earliest possible. what? fake advertisment and scammers in my opinion. bad customer service also. not helpful at all.
