Apr 27,2024It was straightforward finding the exact tyre on the Asda website and at a better price. The fitter phoned me the day before my appointment to arrange an exact time to cut down waiting. The tyre was balanced and fitted to the car efficiently.

Apr 27,2024Initially they looked all good, but then once I came back I realised I had a few bolts missing and then went online to customer service who were useless and then the garage agreed I needed a refund as they weren’t able to give me a service I paid for and then I never got the full refund amount and again the customer service just repeated the same thing but didn’t actually help me. I wouldn’t recommend

Apr 27,2024I needed two rear tyres for a C class cabriolet. It was fitted with Continentals. As I am only getting 10,000 for the rears I thought I might as well go for a mid range priced tyre. In the event applying all the discounts I got a pair of Contis for £156 each, so there was little point down grading. The fitting experience at ETB in Barry was faultless. Very quick service. In and out in 20 minutes.

Apr 26,2024Ordered 2 tyres online, chose fitters, chose first available date and time (next day). Got to the fitters, dropped car off and was told how long. Went home as I live close by, got a call from the fitters to say the tyres hadn’t been delivered. They said to phone Asda tyres as the fitters were only a third party. As I was on the phone to Asda tyres the fitters called to say the tyres had just been dropped off 20 minutes after my allotted time so we’re going to fit asap. Benefit of the doubt, the delivery driver could have been caught up in traffic and the time I chose was early next day. So for the price I paid which was very competitive after shopping around I would use Asda tyres again, I would just allow a bit more time between ordering and fitting and that was the reason for 4 stars

Apr 26,2024Fantastic overall experience from the ease of ordering pair of premium tyres,continental sport 7 at a good price and being able to choose a date/time for fitting as well. On the day of fitting I arrived 30 min early and the staff at garage were brilliant and started the fitting right away. I have read some reviews in the past saying asda tyres are cheap as they use old stock of tyres, it certainly isn’t the case as from the date stamp on tyres i can see they were manufactured in Feb 2024 so getting them fitted in Apr I couldn’t ask for more.I was done by the time of my actual appointment :-) so absolutely brilliant experience and i would certainly recommend Asda tyres to everyone.

Apr 25,2024New tyres are quite an expense, though the experience from start to finish took the edge off parting with my well earned funds. The ASDA tyre website was simple and user friendly. Good amount and variety of tyres to choose from catering for all budgets. Choosing tyre fitter and setting up the book in was a breeze also. Non faffing check out system with informative detail of transaction sent via email.
