May 09,2024Great online tyre order process. Although in theory it’s a good idea and easier to order on line and with a fixed price but the reality is the tyres have to get to the fitters and that took 2 days and I was unaware of this. So I rang the garage direct, who were barely aware of my order so it didn’t seem good that they couldn’t give me a mobile install date, just guesstimate. Maybe a bit more explanation/emails of the process from Asda to us customers as my car was out of action with a puncture. However as far as the 3 x I-link tyres go they look great for budget ones, and a reasonable price. and my preferred option of a mobile fitter was at a very reasonable price. I would recommend but just be aware of the tyre to garage/fitter. Don’t be expecting a call straight away from the garage as soon as you get a your confirmation email.

May 09,2024Absolutely shocking. First time I booked, I arrived at the fitting location to be told the tyres hadn’t arrived. Asda then said they had trouble tracking the delivery so I cancelled and got a refund. A week later I booked online again but requested mobile fitting at home. The day before the appointment Asda called to say the fitter doesn’t service my area! Again I cancelled and asked for a refund. Overall I’ve had to wait over two weeks for both refunds and have been out of pocket while waiting for the money back. Will never use again.

May 06,2024Order the tyre on Thursday at 9pm, The exact one as renault fitted to the car. The arranged for it to be fitted the next day at Lodge Tyres Liverpool at 1pm on Friday, the had the tyre replaced & back on my car in under 25 minutes, Would recommend them to anyone needing new tyres for their cars or vans!
