Feb 16,2025When I took the car your representative needed about 1/4 h to heat it since it was frozen. From the moment we started the paperwork till I drove the car, 1 hour. The tank was not full 1/8th was missing and I returned it the same way, issue with the employee. I paid 50€ for early return of the car at 07:00 (I was flying at 08:15) nobody was there till 07:20 .

Feb 13,2025I came without a reservation in the evening. The young lady (I am not sure about her name) working for Avia did a great job of finding me a car I wanted, Peugeot 3008. She was also very professional and efficient in choosing the options, making the contract, the invoice, etc. The car was good and in good condition. It was a pleasant trip despite the large distance – from Zagreb to Podgorica, Montenegro, and back.

Feb 11,2025Negativ ist das Winterreifen zusätzlich kosten und im Rechnung gestellt sind. In Kroatien ist es Gesetzlich vorgeschrieben obligatorische Winterreifen ab 1. November bis 1. April und für Mieter darf es wegen dem keine zusätzliche Kosten werden. Diese Kosten muss der Vermieter generieren.

Feb 03,2025This rental is a rip off! My husband rented in his name but we had some problems at the airport so he could not make it on time to Zagreb. As his wife I had to fly alone to Zagreb but could not get the rental because it was in my husband’s name. Even though we paid everything up front we lost our money and I had to rent again for a day new car and they charged me for just one day 175€ . I would not recommend to anyone to rent a car from them and carefully read the fine print in the offer and what and who can take car if your flight is delayed.

Jan 31,2025Very unhappy. I payed for car in London full price. When I arrived at Zagreb they charge me for winter tyres which by the Croatian law they supposed to have at car during the winter time. Very disappointed. ... - It wasn't clearly indicated about winter tyres. And winter tyres/equipment are mandatory in all Croatia from 15th ofNovember to 15th of April. You will be reported to State institution.

Jan 24,2025J’ai réservé un véhicule type VW polo , Il restait un seul véhicule sur le parking qui était une Kia Rio , c’est un véhicule qui a presque la même dimension mais qui n’a pas le même confort, le même agrément, la même tenue de route etc… Une VW polo est un véhicule premium et une Kia Rio est un véhicule basique et bon marché, un équivalent aurait été une Renault Clio, une Opel corsa ou une Peugeot 208 !!! J’ai loué mon véhicule en janvier en période d’hiver et je me suis vu appliquer un supplément de 35 € pour des pneus hiver alors que la location était dans la période d’hiver… Ses frais cachés sont inadmissibles !!! Je ne louerais plus jamais de véhicule auprès de AVIA , cette société n’est pas sérieuse, voire malhonnête !

Feb 20,2025Extra additional costs, for example in winter time for winter tires. I am confused why they didn’t take extra cost for oil, fluids, doors, radio and other things. This is very low from this company to pay 35 euro for tires. People don’t use this rental company, pay little more but you will get better service.
