Feb 06,2024Could not fault the work of Nikki and Amy they kept me informed throughout the whole process. There were numerous delays due to the other side not responding for excessive amounts of time. However, I was always reassured they were chasing things to move the process along. The price was also really competitive they were only £75 more expensive than the cheapest option but the extra was well worth paying. I could check for updates when i wanted but also received a notification every time something was looked at.

Jan 26,2024As a first time buyer, there were parts of the process I definitely needed a little bit more support on! Debi and Andrew were super helpful and supportive from the get go. Both were patient and informative and extremely reassuring. Debi was unflappable and had a fantastic approach to dealing with some unfortunate rude behaviour from the other side. Andrew was a pleasure to speak to, and super efficient in getting things done. Can’t thank either of them enough - they made the whole process less stressful!

Andrew and Debi in particular were very friendly, Polite and really helpful. we felt Debi went out of her way to find answers to our question's. Initially, we were slightly apprehensive about the distance between ourselves and Baker Ashley, but this was never a problem, so rest assured you should not feel obliged to use your local solicitors. We originally instructed Baker Ashley to oversee the sale and purchase of our old and new property. Their pricing is very competitive and we were left with no unexpected additional fees to pay upon completion. They were all very helpful and informative throughout, particularly Sue and Lisa, who were both happy to answer any questions that we had as they guided us through making it all pain-free. Jan 12,2024I used Baker Ashley for a house purchase that I subsequently had to withdraw from. I would highly recommend them. David Isaac was incredibly thorough and professional, you could tell he is very experienced and gives important decisions a lot of thought, taking the time to discuss the details/pros and cons of a decision over the phone. It was always possible to reach them - I was never left hanging without contact. The communication was great. Any other team member I spoke to e.g. receptionist was also friendly and helpful, not making you feel like a burden. If I left a message to say that I'd called, I'd actually get a call back on the same day or at least an email acknowledgement arranging a time to speak. If you're conflicted about which firm to use don't think twice about using them.

Furthermore Debi was great and made sure everything with the sale and purchase got resolved in good time including dealing with difficult management companies.

Jan 08,2024We chose Baker Ashley due to them having a tracker system so we could track progress throughout the process. Nikki and Amy were very 'on it' and we had a totally seamless experience. We had regular updates and lots of communication with them where appropriate. We cannot recommend them more highly. We are based in Nottinghamshire and they are in Wales. It makes no difference where you live these days. Its all done online. They made the buying of our forever home such a pleasurable experience! Thank you so much! 🥰

After dealing with a different local solicitor for many years who would be difficult to contact and continously needed to chase up, Baker Ashley are a breath of fresh air! Jan 04,2024I would absolutely recommend using Baker Ashley solicitors for the purchase of a property. My solicitor Andie and her assistant Natalie were brilliant. From start to finish they have been extremely helpful, knowledgable and always happy to explain any queries I had throughout the process. Any delays or hiccups I encountered, they were able to deal with efficiently, going above and beyond when possible. Even after a very stressful moving day, Andie also stayed in touch throughout the evening, to ensure things went to plan. I cannot thank Andie and Natalie enough for their helpful in purchasing my property and would highly recommend them to anyone for a smooth experience.

Dec 22,2023We required a good solicitor for our house sale and purchase. Baker Ashley had very good reviews on Trustpilot, so we went with them and we were very glad that we did. Them, being over a hundred miles away from us was not a problem. Most work was done online (and there is no getting away from the fact that there is a lot of work involved in any house sale & purchase) and Damian Miles and Hayley Williams were excellent with their attention to detail and moving things along. They were always available on the phone, or email should we need to contact them. We would certainly recommend Baker Ashley.

Everything seemed to be done straight away, no hanging about. They were also very easy to contact by phone. Also to make life easier the case is available to view online to see the progress. There were no problems, we are very pleased!

Amy and Nikki at Baker Ashley kept us in the know every step of the way and was always on hand if we had a question or didn’t fully understand something. The online account is great to can go on and see what you have completed and what you have to go. We are very grateful for all of your help.
