From simple contracts to complex disciplinary hearings they have always supported us to achieve the resolution that we were hoping for. We had an employment tribunal a while ago, Cerys did and excellent job and successfully defended our company. The advice is always detailed and crystal clear with our options highlighted, which makes decision making effortless. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We requested a fairly challenging completion date of about 2 months and she managed to do everything on both properties to hit our exact target date that was set from the start. Apr 14,2020We had Delyth look after our case from Baker Ashley, the whole journey was spot on. The staff at Baker Ashley are all lovely and really helpful. The online process was brilliant allowing us to complete on our house purchase all online allowing us to simply upload our documents from our phone and laptops. Also you get to see the process of your journey with constant updates of each part on the online portal. They even supported us getting our property completed super quick while the lockdown started allowing us to get a roof over our head during this unprecedented time. Will now use Baker Ashley for all our solicitor needs. 100% recommend

Apr 06,2020How would I rate BakerAshley? Outstanding. Simply outstanding. From the beginning of my house purchase to the completion....Efficient (completed within 6 weeks) and professional. This was a first time purchase for me and Lisa was there every step of the way to guide me and answer every question I had. No question was too big or too small. Regular updates via the webpage but even more than that, were the regular emails and phone calls I received to keep me updated - even during a time of unprecedented working conditions due to the pandemic. Jamie was fantastic, I don’t live locally to the company, but he made everything at the beginning so straightforward and organised, it meant the case could start quickly. Lisa helped me organise and use my HTB ISA brilliantly. I can not recommend BakerAshley high enough and anyone I know who is buying or selling a house, I shall be sending them this way!!! A wonderful service which was personal, not clinical.

Apr 05,2020If you have any worries about choosing a solicitor who isn't local, this is the sort of business to choose. They have a very easy to use online portal to upload and receive documents and send regular updates via email. However, more importantly, they were available on the phone when I needed them to ask questions or get reassurance/honest answers! I have already recommended them to a family member and wouldn't hesitate in doing so again. Thanks!

Mar 27,2020This was our first house purchase and so we went through the Conveyancing Index Website. There was no chain and it took a total of 5 months to complete which was quite a bit longer than we had hoped. Baker Ashley were generally good but there were a few times when they requested documents that we had already supplied and sometimes were a bit slow to get back to us. It's hard to say if it was them or the seller's side delaying things but we could have been updated a bit more regularly rather than having to chase quite consistently. We would like to mention that they were good towards completion time in keeping us updated, particularly with the Covid-19 situation and enabled us to complete during the lockdown. All things considered the 3 stars would have turned into 4 if the aforementioned were addressed.
