May 20,2024Baker Ashley have been fantastic at dealing with the purchase of our home. Both our conveyancer Debi Tobin and legal assistant Andrew Meadows have been really efficient and quick at dealing with this process. We can't thank them enough for their patience at answering our many first time buyer silly questions and for following up on every aspect we wanted them to double check with the sellers. It is the first time when dealing with legal stuff that we felt we were being understood and taken care of. We would highly recommend them.

We used the team for the purchase of our first home together, and what felt like it should have been a daunting experience, was completely stress-free from start to finish. No question was ever a silly question, and Andie and the team always endeavoured to answer our questions as quickly as they could. They're incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is purchasing a home! Thanks Baker Ashley, you are fabulous!

May 03,2024I cannot recommend Baker Ashley enough! We recently sold our house and Baker Ashley were our solicitors for it, they were fairly priced, attentive, helpful and made the whole process incredibly stress free. We personally have to shout out Nikki who dealt with our case, she was fantastic. Always available for a phonecall, efficient, clear in what she needed from us and above all friendly. We won't be using another company again when purchasing or selling any future homes we are fortunate enough to buy/own. If you're on the fence about using Baker Ashley, don't be, they are brilliant solicitors.

Apr 28,2024I am a first time buyer and I can't recommend enough this solicitor. The time it took from instructing the solicitor to finalizing the purchase was 7 weeks, I have friends who started in January whilst I started in March and I got my keys 2 days before them, incredibly quick. As a first time buyer there is a lot of unknown information when purchasing a house and Baker Ashley have been great guiding me through this process. Most of the correspondence has been through email with all the documents that were needed to be signed and if any additional information is needed they will request this and explain anything that you are not sure of. They have a great website that tells you what stage you are at with a handy diagram showing you what needs to be done to finish the purchase. It also has a notification tab that shows whenever your solicitor uploads a document which makes it easy to see that your solicitor is working and what they are currently working on. Great service and not overly priced. Would definitely use again if I needed to go through this process again.

Apr 23,2024We have recently purchased our first house, the whole process took longer than expected through no fault of Baker Ashley, but from start to finish Baker Ashley were great. Especially Damian and Hayley who we dealt with most of the time. Damian was always available when needed and answered a lot of our questions and worries quickly. We had a minor issue on completion day and Damian helped us deal with it without hesitation. Extremely grateful to Damian and the Baker Ashley team and would definitely recommend their services in the future.

Apr 20,2024I wait eleven weeks on a cash purchase ,A CASH PURCHASE , on the twelve week they give me a weeks notice that they want everything off me ,now check this out these reviews the 5 star reviews are fake trust me this company hasn’t a clue what there doing not a clue,a simple transaction on 63 grand and they take nearly 3 months then offload me because I’m struggling getting the documents,trust me there useless and totally fake reviews my name is Rodney woods so you no I’m not fake ,,the second thing is there Welsh because us English have more money than them they think we all bent ,I was called everything under the sun ,as soon as I paid my fees up they couldn’t care until the last week ,don’t pay your fees until it’s sorted they are using this as a banker,,I wish I could swear ,keep away you pay for what you get ,so they get your nearly 800 then don’t give a flying f,,, ,it’s there banker ,,don’t do what I did ,I never moan in life never leave bad reviews but please don’t think I should have listened to him ,these people couldn’t organise a pi,, up in a brewery,,I’m not fused about being conned out of a grand ,,but you will be this review is worth a thousand pounds ,,,you are useless ok i shouldn’t say this but run by women and welsh ones at that,,I’ve got you on tape slagging me off and a guy next to me ,as you said to me seven times I don’t believe you ,,,,,listen keep the f,,k away from me you are absolutely useless in everything and every way possible,I was waiting for the lame reply full of crap and I got it ,UPDATED went with a proper lawyer it’s done complete after two weeks lol a cash sale in two weeks all checks done the lot ,,and I’m bent and corrupt criminal according to them pml ,,there fault is this baker Ashley aren’t a proper conveyance company,they farm everything out to second or even third parties,there basically a lockup on a industrial estate that operates in this fashion,they have a pool of conveyances solicitors this is why it takes forever and a day because the other solicitors have there other appointments first ,,that’s it a call centre for solicitors,Im very outspoken as the reader can tell ,I’m straight as a arrow so when I say these words so help me god there true ,,stay away or write a review like this one in the near future,my fees were on the completion 1700 around 700 more it was worth every penny,TWO WEEKS COMPLETED,,they have people working for them family members that are leaving excellent reviews trust me ffs ,a bad review can destroy a company it can devastate,I have no intention of doing this my intentions are warning you the reader ,if this in due course blights there name so be it ,its the truth as I’ve said these words are true I’m old fashioned in my views I speak like we used to without this crap political correctness.your warned it’s your call ,remember if your English your f,,,,d

It’s worth mentioning that throughout the process, the website Hoowla that Baker Ashley use, kept us fully up to date with any progress and helped aid the exceptional communication we received from both Lisa & Sue. Whenever there were issues, I would receive quick and clear responses from either Lisa or Sue and if there was any confusion, they would happily jump on a call to explain. They really did make our journey a lot easier than anticipated and the professionalism/clarity was massively appreciated. Would highly recommend!
