Apr 12,2024I was nervous about using a firm online as over 100 miles away from me(not just down the road). How wrong was I everything was online clear and on time available most of the time (other then at lunch). Everything on line and any questions answered, and you can speak on the phone if preferred. The move went smoothly and so much cheaper. Highly recommended

Apr 11,2024We recently used Baker Ashley for our house purchase and could not recommend more. Amy and Nikki were both very thorough and quick, answered all of our questions and even helped us when our original house purchase fell through. Even though I am also a solicitor, I do not deal in conveyancing and so everything was explained so clearly and in a way that both my partner and I could easily understand. For the price... cannot go wrong! We've recently recommended them to our friends who are also purchasing their first home!

Apr 11,2024Absolutely amazing experience with Baker Ashley specifically Amy and Nikki. The most communicative and transparent solicitors we could’ve asked for. Perfect for first time buyers who are a bit nervous with the whole process, the team consistently reassured and explained everything in detail where we were uncertain. No query or question was too much! We were lucky and our transaction completed in only 8/9 weeks and we put that down to how fantastic BA and the team have been in pushing this through. We completed in 9 weeks from the moment I accepted the quote and 2 weeks of that was me not doing anything. granted we were no chain but I was very surprised. I will 100% be using them again for my next house move and have recommended to a friend who will be searching for a property soon.

Mar 29,2024I Had Sue and Lisa working on my property purchase and would recommend them. They would respond within good time and did everything to a high standard and relatively within the estimated time, so I'd recommend using them and would likely return to use them again for my next purchase. My only piece of feedback is that as a first-time buyer, I naturally had little knowledge of the process, timelines, what's important to complete ASAP and what isn't. I would have appreciated a little bit more context and information during communications to put me at ease during parts of the process which proved more stressful. Apart from that, I would recommend Baker Ashley conveyancing services, especially if you're more familiar with the processes!

Mar 25,2024Haven't needed to use a solicitor for a long time. On purchasing a house recently I was surprised when the selling estate agent was pushing a local firm of solicitors on the grounds that they were "local", knew the area, etc, etc. We have surely moved on from the pony post of my own time..! Anyway, it obviously isn't difficult to work out why the estate agent was doing this and I chose to make my own enquiries. I chose Baker Ashley both because of their highly competitive price and on the basis of good reviews from other users. These reviews were well founded as far as I was concerned as, apart from a couple of glitches early on when I was being asked for things I had already supplied, the whole process was run very efficiently, I was kept informed on a very regular basis, queries were answered speedily, and the transaction went through smoothly and without problems. In particular, the fact that the firm were not local to the area of the transaction was just irrelevant, as one would expect these days. Based on my own experience I would certainly recommend them.

Lisa and Sue dealt with my case with professionalism and efficiency even during times of my obvious stress and anxiety. They handled me just as well as the case!!! Very friendly, kind and courteous at all times. I would recommend and use again if I ever move again but that's highly unlikely!!!! Thanks ladies, you were fabulous!

Mar 25,2024Baker Ashley conducted our sale and purchase very efficiently. It was always easy to talk to someone with questions and the staff were all very nice. On completion day everything went very smoothly and promptly. We were worried that their competitive price would be reflected in poor service, but our concerns were unfounded. I would recommend Baker Ashley to friends and family without hesitation.

Mar 19,2024We engaged Baker Ashley when we sold our house privately. What an amazing firm. Amy and Nikki looked after us, guiding us through the process and answering questions immediately. I often got emails in the evening and weekend, honestly think they never stop. Because of our experience with the Sale we then asked them to handle our purchase. Again the same professional service, but with a fantastic personal touch. We would urge anyone looking for these services to use this company. Not only great at the job but also very competitive. The quote we got was the price we paid, even though there were some challenging issues with both. CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!!!
