Feb 11,2025I have used Cerys on and off for years as a HR consultant for help with staff contracts, staff handbooks and general employment advice. The most recent involvement was Cerys and Sophie representing us in a tribunal case brought against us by an ex-employee. From start to finish but Cerys and Sophie were amazing. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had, gave excellent advice in an area where my knowledge is not the best and the passion they showed for the case as well as the experience they brought was beyond brilliant. They made a really difficult and trying time manageable and seamless. I honestly believe that the case was won because of the steps they took to make sure we not only followed process but were always reasonable and professional in a very trying case. I would never use anyone else to represent us and would also highly recommend.

Jan 25,2025The service offered by Baker Ashley extended over longer than a year due to two collapsed purchaser chains and procrastination on the part of the eventual purchaser. I was kept informed at every stage of proceedings, both by email, 'phone calls and through the online portal. Staff demonstrated great patience in dealing with endless questions from the other side and charges were very reasonable.

Dec 19,2024I wish to express my gratitude to the team at Baker Ashley that were involved with the purchase of my home. In my experience both Natalie and in particular Andie are consummate professionals and are excellent representatives of the company. Andie patiently answered my questions with pleasant humour and all but eliminated any stress associated with the purchase. Updates were prompt and frequent - first contact to keys in my hand was six weeks, this entirely down to Andie and the team. I highly recommend this company and would use their services should I require in the future.

Dec 06,2024The best! Great communication throughout. We had Debi & Andrew and were super throughout, always getting back to me quickly without having to chase. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Used 2 other conveyancers previously, one was average - still having to constantly chase and the others were awful. If I move again, would definitely come back to Baker Ashley.

Nov 30,2024Well, the first convencer we were given did not work out, however the firm quickly realised this and swapped us to Kerry and Michelle, as soon as Kerry took over our account things got better immediately and we found her empathetic and supportive. Our sale was fraught with mishaps and general uselessness by the estate agents but Kerry brought us through and we completed yesterday

Their fees represent some of the best value in the market, and their service is solid, reliable and courteous. When occasion demanded they went the extra mile, staying at work into the evening to complete a deal at no extra cost. What more could anyone ask?

Nov 20,2024Instructed these guys through conveyancing index. Reviews seemed relatively good. Maybe I just got the bad colleagues ? I'm.not sure but I'm almost 5 months into a basic transfer of equity. The hoowla app they use is all but useless without them updating it. They ignore your multiple emails asking for an update weeks apart. I'm absolutey appaled at the service I'm currently receiving. Last email I received was "update you later today" 6 days have no passed with no update. I would strongly advise you look else where for your legal work/advice. My case is still on going and despite emailing and calling they don't seem to care about the experience they deliver to the clients. Never again.

Nov 18,2024Some aspects of the service were really really great, and a solid five stars - David who heads up the team there is superb in every respect. However, along the way I had three (four?) other solicitors on my file, one of which was great (but was only on my file for a short while), and the others were more mixed, one was poor. I would definitely use the firm again but for this specific transaction it’s four stars rather than five for me.
