Jun 20,2024We're two first time buyers and were both very nervous about buying a house. Baker Ashley made it easy. We went from offer to completion in under 3 months, and that's even when we had to renegotiate the price due to a down valuation from the bank. Their online system tells you what's needed and lets you track the progress of each stage in detail. Their legal assistants are friendly and will explain things if you get lost. They're based in Wales and we live in Manchester, but we were able to do everything over email, post and video calls. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an easy conveyancing experience for a decent price.

Jun 20,2024This company was brilliant. We bought our first home through Baker Ashley and Lisa and Sue were amazing! From start to finish the completion took 6 weeks and was a very smooth process. Both ladies kept us informed throughout, and updated our tracker regularly so we could view the progress with our home. The ladies offered advice, when we asked and were very understanding and patient with us first time buyers! Would not hesitate to recommend them. Can’t thank them enough :)

Jun 16,2024Found this company on a comparison site and I'm glad I picked them. I dealt with Andrew Meadows and Debi Tobin. I just want to say a massive thank you to the whole company but mainly you two for the quick responses to my emails&calls and making the whole process easy for me being a first time buyer and not having a clue how it works. Also want to give Andrew a big round of applause for the late emails and phonecalls we had having a laugh throughout the process and even emailing me on a Sunday!! Thank you for the work you've done. I will definitely use again when selling and buying the next house. Highly recommend to all.

They did not disappoint, they were helpful and easy to contact through out the process, keeping me informed and in the loop, as well as easing my mind when I was stressed or unsure of the process. They made the whole experience simple and easy and didn't mind explaining things. I mostly dealt with Natalie and Andie, but also interacted with Andy, and all of them had excellent professional attitudes and were knowledgeable about the processes involved. We received the keys to hour new house today, and I can't thank them all enough for their help!

May 31,2024Very happy with the service, good communications from Andrew and Debi and excellent value. I found their HOOWLA system difficult to navigate and sparse on detail, but my questions were answered quickly by people, which is better really. Would recommend.

We couldn’t fault them, we were a little skeptical using a solicitor that wasn’t local but they’ve been great throughout our first time purchase! Highly recommend!
