Dec 05,2018Had boiler and system fitted today our fitters were Lewis and Zack. phoned before to say they were on the way. Very polite and happy to answer the many questions I had along the way. Tidied up as they went along and explained how it all worked once done checking in a few hrs after they left to make sure all was ok. Highly recommended !

Nov 13,2018I have used Basi previously for a boiler installation and so had no hesitation in contacting them when we needed a quotation for a boiler in our new house. The whole process was quick and easy - their quote was more comprehensive and priced less than the others we received. On installation day (which was within the same week as my call requesting a quote) I had communications to say when the engineers would arrive, and they were on time. The two engineers, Lewis and Zack were friendly and polite, and worked hard to minimise disruption to water and gas supplies. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and explained the work done. I am extremely happy with the service received, we have a fantastic boiler with a 10 year parts and labour warranty and the whole process was quick and painless (apart from paying the bill!). I would highly recommend their services

Nov 01,2018BASI installed new Vaillant boiler. Very competitive quote, and quick and efficient service. The 2 engineers (Alex and Alex) were very pleasant, organised, and worked in an efficient and tidy way. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would recommend BASI to anyone, and will be contacting them soon to arrange for installation of new bathroom.

He wasted no time checking the gas boiler, was respectful and cheerful and very clean. No hesitation for recommending Basi Heating

Sep 28,2018Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Highly reccomended. All very polite, courteous, helpful, and trustworthy. Definitely feels like a personal service. I went to basi after a number of referrals from different people couple of family friends and ex work colleagues. Kultar came over to give a quote and was really informative and helpful with all of his advise. I spoke to Gareth on the phone later after I recieved a more than acceptable and reasonable quote for a new boiler + fitting. A valiant 935 combi with vsmart controls. The gas fitters "the a team" two Alexs and two electricians Andy and one other guy, arrived bang on time in the morning, and promptly started work. They have done an excellent job from start to finish, keeping us informed and abreast of everything as they carried the work out. There was a problem with one rad that was leaking and they sorted this out. There was a bit of a misunderstanding between quote and original survey from Chris, which meant I thought a type of power flush was what I was getting not a simple chemical flush. However to basi and kul sorted everything out with no issues, the alexs and guys were polite about the everything and went on to got it cleared up. They did a full system power flush which took longer but did it anyway. The proceeded to complete the installation, and ensured all rads were bled out so no air in the system. They spent quite a bit of time explaining how the boiler worked, and the helped setup the vsmart controls which was the first time they'd done a vsmart. Worked it all out and got everything working. Finally went through all the paperwork and guarantees .. 10yr valiant and 2 year on any of basi workmanship. Any issues told to call and they'll get it sorted. They left the house and everything clean and tidy. All of the team, the office and owner kultar were top and honest decent guys. They have done a super job and I'd reccomend them highly to all friends and family. Will most definitely use again when it comes to upgrades and new rads which will probably be in next year or so. Installation of my Vaillant boiler some years ago at an affordable and competitive price has been followed up with regular servicing; I enjoy reliable economical central heating thanks to Basi gas!

From the initial call for a quote all the way to boiler installation; all I can say is that it has been an absolute treat to have punctual, polite and hard working people to install my new boiler. Reliable workmen in this day and age is hard to find and I’m glad I went with basi because of the service, time management and quality of product. The two chaps that came to install my new boiler are an assets to the organisation (bob and Stuart). Truly knew what they were doing and got on with the job straight away. The new boiler was installed in an awkward small cupboard and they managed to do it without fuss. Carpets were protected, mess cleaned and a thorough inspection done the boiler, radiators and gas fire. Brilliant; would definitely recommend. Sanna

Jan 25,2019I have nothing but recieved pure professionalism by basi heating at all times, whether that's repairing, servicing or installation of a new product. Basi are always there for their customers for all occasions even if its just a simple call for advice. All staff members from the office, telephony operators and engineers are very polite and very helpful and put their customers first. Basi heating are very well and truly experienced and leaders of the industry they work in.
