Had 2 Engineers on the day Lewis & Zak who were polite, professional and punctual. Overall, outstanding service, very professional and efficient! Mar 09,2021Basi installed central heating system for me in my house recently from scratch. I must say the engineers did a brilliant job. They put the radiators where I wanted them hid all the piping under the floor boards and out the way and the boiler was nicely hidden in the cupboard out of sight. I would recommend this company for all your heating needs and I would definitely use them again. Thankyou basi for s brilliant job . Regards Mr Khan

Overall excellent service provided due to following reasons: Professional & Competent Listened & Knowledgeable Tidy & Considerate. Feb 15,2021Alex and Ethan replaced our knackered old boiler with a shiny new Vaillant condenser. Arrived promptly, polite and cheerful, and carried out the work in less than 4 hours. Cleared up their mess and unblocked my drain too!! Good price. 10 year warranty. Would definately recommend.

They did an excellent job (good quality); very friendly guys; explained how to use the timer and the boiler; cleaned up after themselves (which I was very grateful for). Also, exceptional customer service. I would most certainly recommend.

Jan 15,2021Had new boiler fitted by Alex and eathan.both very capable engineers and I cannot fault them on their workmanship, even to the extent of polishing the copper pipe work.both guys great at cleaning up after themselves and making sure that wherever they went floors were covered.GREAT SERVICE.

Jan 13,2021boiler was out of action for 3 days . rang basi gas for a quote , very good competitive price , engineer came within 24 hours to fix new boiler . new boiler was fixed within 5 hours minimal mess , professionally installed . 10 year warranty for piece of mind . very happy with service provided with basi gas . very highly recommended .

The engineer clearly new his stuff and was very experienced. Talked us through the controls to make sure we knew how to work it ok. Really impressed and would recommend to others.
