Dec 13,2019Dave and Ethan have just finished fitting a radiator in our bathroom. From start to finish they have been brilliant, from protecting the carpets at the start, to cleaning up afterwards. They both definitely deserve a Pay rise! The standard of workmanship throughout has been first-class leaving us highly delighted. We would highly recommend BASI.

Dec 06,2019Just recently had a boiler fitted by Basi in Bradford. After it was fitted unfortunately we had a problem with one of the radiators. However Basi continued to come back until it was fully working. They persevered and never gave up on the job. Customer care is brilliant. All the engineers are an asset to the company, they always arrived on time and were very reassuring. Dave and Alex were excellent in the end they resolved the problem and got the radiator fully working. I would recommend this company.

Aug 16,2019From installation of a Vaillant boiler in June 2016 through to servicing to date, I could not fault the excellent and efficient manner in which the BASI team have approached their relevant duties. Customer service from start to finish and the professional installation and follow up annual service from all friendly staff has been impressive. I would recommend BASI for any future and potential customers.

Jun 26,2019We recently had central heating fitted by BASI, we used them as we had previous experience of their high standards at our previous house. The engineers that did the work (Lewis and Zack) worked really hard and within three days we had a full central heating system installed, what impressed us most was their desire to deliver on what had been agreed at the time of our quote and where problems were encountered they worked hard to overcome them. Highlighly impressed by the lads and would ask for them again if dealing with Basi (which we will), the work will be completed tomorrow when they fit a matching fitted unit to hold the boiler. The five stars are easy to give, this is a company that delivers so there is no reason for us to worry that they won't complete to our satisafaction. Lewis and Zack; Thank you very much, the customer service you gave us portrayed BASI very well.

I had my boiler done with Basi over a year ago and my bathroom done a couple of months ago, I'm totally in love with it, it was a challenging job and they did it with ease and professionalism. The customer services is outstanding from Harminder and Andrew and I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the bathroom fitters they were polite, professional and very clean and tidy. I would recommend them 100%

Mar 20,2019BASI heating are very impressive in all aspects of their business. The company owner visited and gave an excellent quote, with a clear understanding of the requirements. The boiler replacement team of Ken and Ethan arrived on time, as anticipated, and their first task was to cover all the carpet areas for complete protection of the house. The job itself took place with no fuss and constant good humour. The prediction of 2 days work was met and the house was left spotless. Full instructions on system control were given by Andy the electrician. It's rare these days to receive such comprehensive customer service. BASI stand out as an exceptional company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Jan 28,2019Would highley recomend Basi heating the lads that fitted my boiler were brilliant , they interduced them selfs explained what they were going to.do the 2 lads worked real well togeather and did a neat and tidy job set the thermostat for me and showed me how to use thermostat and how to top.up boiler I also use basi for service and repair the engineers are always polite freindly and do professional job thankyou jaspal and your team at basi
