Steve in office kept us fully informed and was extremely efficient, fitting in the 2 visits to our convenience and sending emails to confirm and sending the service certificates required for our house sale promptly on completion of the work. Paul, the service engineer was lovely, carrying out the work quickly, cleanly, efficiently and with a smile. Was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely recommend to others and use again when we move to our new house

Feb 10,2018I am very happy with the service provided by Basi Heating from Billy initially taking the call to Chris the surveyor, Lewis the engineer, Steve who sorted out the shower unit issue to Gareth for the paperwork. You are all a credit to your organisation delivering a professional and efficient service. Installation of a new valiant boiler was undertaken to my satisfaction with minimum disruption and my property left clean and tidy. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I will not hesitate to recommend Basi to my family and friends too. I cannot thank my friend who recommended Basi to me, she did me a big favour by passing their number to me! Feb 10,2018Fitting of a new Bosch boiler They were efficient, courteous, punctual, orderly and looked after the house. They explained everything and their knowledge was second to none. Main engineer (Alex) came with a highly skilled apprentice (Howard) who carried out all the tasks that were required. The heating system has since been improved - all radiators are working to their maximum now. Thanks Basi Heating!

When our boiler finally broke right at the start of this recent coldest snap of the winter, British Gas could not get an engineer out to advise and quote on a new boiler for 7 days . BASI on the other hand sent out an engineer the next day and the new boiler was fitted and working within a few days. Three engineers worked efficiently and professionally so that the new system was up and running within a few hours. Everything was left tidy. Thank you.

The work was done promptly and to a high standard by experienced engineers and at a great price. Jan 02,2018The Basi team came out early in the year to our new home and fitted a full central heating system and new boiler. Tanny and Lewis did a great job on replacing the old pipework and getting the system up and running. They returned after we had decorated to rehang the radiators, and Imran, Craig and Paul have responded promptly to a couple of minor niggles we experienced on moving in. Each time we have called up for support or advice, we've received prompt friendly service. Thanks for all your help in 2017!
