Sep 25,2015my son had a new boiler fitted by BASI engineers they gave us top service polite and even went to the trouble of covering all flooring with protective film job finished on time very clean professional i would recommend BASI to anyone as a excellent competitively priced professional heating firm hence my 5 star rating

Sep 21,2015We needed a new boiler as our was 18 years old, British Gas had serviced it for 18 years. We asked British Gas and two others for a price one of them being Basi heating services. Basi was not the cheapest but they were know where near the top, being British gas. Also we needed the installation done quickly as BG had condemned our boiler. Basi sent out their estimator who as it turns out was also for many years a top end gas engineer, I have considerable knowledge about boilers having done some extensive research but Martyn knew his stuff and then some. His reassuring professional manner was terrific and his knowledge saved us money and complications with the installation. As I said we were in a hurry and they responded with a Saturday fit, two engineers and a job to be proud of and we weren't even there, we came home to a warm clean, yes I did say clean house, it was as if pixies had come in the night and fit our boiler, tidies up and left without trace. I have undertaken this review to tell people that Basi are better than the rest, more professional than the rest and have left a warm glow in our home and in our minds, we would recommend them to anyone…If Carlsberg want to learn about customer service, go to Basi. Sep 15,2015Excellent, clean and professional initial installation. Very good value for money. I did a lot of research over pricing and BASI were the best for quality of boiler and cost. I had a problem with my kitchen tap about one month later. I called a plumber from a large firm who was useless and blaimed it on the new boiler installation. I called BASI who sent Paul Harrison who is their senior engineer who diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a build up in lime scale on the tap. It was nothing to do with the boiler how ever Paul still fixed it for me. I felt bad but Paul was so professional and reassuring. BASI look afer their customers and really impressed with the initial installation, the customer contact center and the aftercare.

Aug 05,2015Basi heating put a new boiler in for my 94 year old parents. They were a bit worried about having it done, as was I, as Mum has dementia and Dad has poor mobility, and they did not want a lot of upheaval. I need not have worried, as from the first phone call I made, to the engineer who called to assess the property, through to the installation I could not have been more impressed. They even chose the engineers personally who they thought would be the best ones to deal with my parents. They were respectful, hard working and ensured that my parents had hot water and heating back on the first night. There was minimal upheaval and everything was tidied up afterwards. Fantastic service!

Aug 04,2015After having a very thorough survey and acceptable trade in allowance, we awaited the arrival of our new boilers. They came on time and were fitted with a very professional team. Cannot praise the courtesy and professionalism of the entire BASI team highly enough.

Jul 05,2015Basi heating fitted a new Worcester boiler for me recently. The whole experience of Basi heating was entirely positive from the initial survey through to arranging the installation and then the installation itself and the after sales service.( The office manager Steve in particular, is absolutely brilliant . ) I can't recommend them highly enough. They provide excellent customer service and I would certainly use them again if I needed to.

Jul 02,2015Very professional! Used recently to fit a new boiler in one of my properties, very reasonable price and great service from the engineer to the office staff. Various payment options available. Also used recently in my domestic property for emergency repairs. Was dealt with very professionally by the office staff who went out of their way to help. The engineer was very friendly and knowledgable. Will be using again! Would recommend to anyone whether it's for a small job or large job. Thanks guys! Really impressed.

Jul 02,2015What a pleasant surprise to actually give a produce/service I have received 5 Stars. !! I had seen the advert in the North Leeds free magazine and knowing I needed a new boiler, called and spoke to a very courtesy and helpful man who then made an appointment for a quoation.. Martin arrived on time and took the time and effort to look at my needs and listen to what I wanted. He advised we get a new Vaillant Condenser boiler (to replace our existing Vaillant). He even looked at my mother's combi boiler in her "granny flat", and topped up the water in it. Both my mother and I were reassured by Martin's knowledge, experience and courtesy and so we went ahead with the new Vailliant and arranged for my mother's combi boiler to be serviced at the same time. The offce rang me and made the appointment for this to be done at my convenience. Lewis and Zack arrived promptly and were extremely courteous, helpful and even laid down plastic sheeting so not to cause any undue mess. What a delight to see the work done quickly, effienctly and all mess cleared up! It took Lewis and Zack a few hours to replace my boiler and I am still amazed at how quiet it is, how hot the water is and how all the radiators in my house are hot! "The boys" even serviced my mum's boiler and she too is amazed at how much more effienctly her boiler is working! All during the process and when I was signing the paperwork at the end, "the boys" repeatedly kept saying if we have any problems just to ring the office and they would be happy to help or send someone out to see us. What a differnce it makes when you can be safe in the knowledge that Basi will assist you if there is a problem and not worry they will tell you to "refer to your manual or the manufacturer". We were grateful to Martin, Lewis and Zack for their professionalism, knowledge and sincerity in assisting us. I would be more than happy to recomment Basi to anyone seeking to replace their boiler!

Jul 02,2015From the first survey until full installation, I have been delighted at the friendly, professional way in which your staff conduct themselves. All this without being familiar. The way your engineers worked together was a pleasure to watch, and at the final stages everything was explained in great detail. My premises were left in a very clean state, and I will not hesitate to recommend your company. The two young men who fitted my system, obviously take great delight in their work. Your electrician attended on time and the day after finishing the job, a member of your staff called to make sure I understood everything. WELL DONE !!! A. Taylor (North Leeds )

Jul 01,2015I've used Basi Heating on a number of occasions and they never fail to get the job done. I have a few buy-to-let properties and whenever's their's an issue I just have to make one call to them, they then liaise direct with tenant to arrange the call-out/repairs. They even attended a call-out last Christmas Eve!

Jul 01,2015As a private Landlord I have used Basi Heating for over 10 years and find the staff friendly and helpful. The fitters are always clean and tidy and most importantly, punctual. The after service is also excellent and should there ever be a problem they will always return with the minimum of fuss

Oct 07,2015I read the reviews. I then had to make up my own mind. I took the plunge on BASI amongst several options and I do not not regret it. Without wishing to mention names this is a personal team with consistency across the board I've found - everything matching the reviews. I'm from the building trade so I know what's what. My new boiler has just been fitted and from the first consultation to the work done recently I have seen nothing other than first class professionalism, craft and workmanship. My boiler had to be re-positioned (which I suspected anyway) and you should see the end results - it's a work of art! Absolutely stunning, tidy and working excellence. I have no fears the after sales service will be equally as good if I need it too, but I doubt I will - I now have a top of the range boiler fitted in my house (will not say the make - BASI will give you the options / pro's and con's for what are YOUR own needs). I cannot recommend this company high enough.
